Beschrieben wird ein System zur Früherkennung lebensbedrohlicher Zustände von Personen (1), bei denen solche Gefahren beispielsweise aufgrund einer vorangehenden Operation bestehen. Das System erfasst in Abhängigkeit der zu überwachenden Person mehrere Vitalparameter (P1-Pn) über eine Detektoreinheit (3, 5, 7, 9), die anschliessend von einer Auswertelogik mit Hilfe eines neuronalen Netzes ausgewertet werden. Dabei werden zum einen Grenzwertüberschreitungen einzelner Parameter, zum anderen Parameterkonstellationen, die einen gesundheitlich kritischen Zustand der Person darstellen, mit einer Anzeigeeinrichtung (13) je nach Gefährdung in unterschiedlichen Formen zur Anzeige gebracht. Sie wird bestimmt, in dem zunächst die Wahrscheinlichkeit für das Vorliegen einer gesundheitlichen Anomalität bestimmt und anschliessend bewertet wird.

The invention relates to a system for the early detection of life-threatening conditions of persons (1), wherein such risks exist, for example, due to a preceding operation. The system detects a plurality of vital parameters (P1-Pn) depending on the person to be monitored by means of a detector unit (3, 5, 7, 9) that is subsequently evaluated by an evaluation logic using a neuronal network. Individual parameters that exceed thresholds and constellations of parameters that represent a critical health condition of the person are displayed in different forms by means of a display device (13), depending on the risk. Said risk is determined in that the probability of the presence of a health anomaly is first determined and then evaluated.

L'invention concerne un système de détection précoce d'états mettant en danger la vie de personnes pour lesquelles ces risques existent par exemple en raison d'une opération précédente. Le système enregistre par l'intermédiaire d'une unité de détection, en fonction de la personne à surveiller, plusieurs paramètres vitaux qui sont ensuite évalués par une logique d'évaluation à l'aide d'un réseau neuronal. D'une part, des dépassements de valeur limite de paramètres individuels, d'autre part, des constellations de paramètres qui représentent un état de la personne, critique pour la santé, sont affichés sous des formes différentes suivant le danger à l'aide d'un dispositif d'affichage.
