Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to a phosphor-converted single-color LED including a long-wavelength pass filter having a specific configuration. The phosphor conversion single-color LED of the present invention has exceedingly excellent color purity and efficiency even when a nano- or micro-powder phosphor is used.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une DEL monochrome à conversion par phosphore comprenant un filtre passe-haut ayant une configuration spécifique. La DEL monochrome à conversion par phosphore de la présente invention présente une pureté de couleur et une efficacité exceptionnelles, même lorsqu'on utilise du phosphore sous forme de nanopoudre ou de micropoudre.
