Abstract
(EN) Disclosed is a shield terminal connection structure with the object of clampingly connecting a pair of shield terminals with one bolt while conserving space, and reducing the number of parts and part costs by sharing the same type of shield terminal. Projecting pieces (6, 6') are orthogonally disposed on a leading end side of a plate portion, including an annular portion (4) that connects by insertion of shield wire (1) braids (2), a plate portion (5) that extends from the annular portion along the shield wire, and a hole portion (14) for insertion of a bolt, in a center. Two shield terminals (3) with a surface of one projecting piece positioned on an extension of a center line (m) of the annular portion are used; one shield terminal is turned over 180° in relation to the other shield terminal; one surface (6a) of a projecting piece (6') of the other shield terminal overlaps and connects with one surface (6a) of the other shield terminal projecting piece (6).
(FR) L'invention concerne une structure de connexion de bornes blindée ayant pour but de raccorder de manière fixe une paire de bornes blindées à un boulon tout en réalisant une économie d'espace, et en réduisant le nombre de pièces et le coût des pièces en partageant un même type de borne blindée. Des pièces faisant saillie (6, 6') sont disposées perpendiculairement sur une face d'extrémité avant d'une partie formant plaque, comprenant une partie annulaire (4) qui raccorde par insertion de brins (2) d'un conducteur blindé (1), une partie formant plaque (5) qui se prolonge depuis la partie annulaire le long du conducteur blindé et une partie formant trou (14) destinée à insérer un boulon dans un centre. On utilise deux bornes blindées (3) ayant une surface d'une pièce faisant saillie positionnée sur un prolongement d'une ligne centrale (m) de la partie annulaire ; une borne blindée est retournée de 180° par rapport à l'autre borne blindée ; une surface (6a) d'une pièce faisant saillie (6') de l'autre borne blindée est superposée et connectée à une surface (6a) de la pièce faisant saillie (6) de l'autre borne blindée.
(JA) 一対のシールド端子を一本のボルトで同時に且つ省スペースで締付接続し、一種類のシールド端子を共用して部品点数及び部品コストを削減することを目的として、シールド電線(1)の編組(2)を挿通して接続する環状部(4)と、環状部からシールド電線に沿って延びた板部(5)と、ボルト挿通用の孔部(14)を中央に有して板部の先端側に直交して設けられた突片(6,6')とを備え、突片の一方の面が環状部の中心線(m)の延長上に位置したシールド端子(3)を二つ用い、一方のシールド端子に対して他方のシールド端子を180°反転し、一方のシールド端子の突片(6)の一方の面(6a)に他方のシールド端子の突片(6')の一方の面(6a)を重ねて接触させた。
