Abstract
(EN) Provided is a non-halogen flame-retardant resin composition which exhibits excellent mechanical strengths (such as flexibility and wear resistance), excellent flame retardance, particularly excellent cut-through characteristics, and tensile elongation characteristics satisfying the UL standards. Also provided are an electric wire and a cable which are made using the resin composition as a cover layer. A non-halogen flame-retardant resin composition which comprises 100 parts by mass of a resin component and 5 to 40 parts by mass of a phosphorus-based flame retardant, wherein the resin component comprises 30 to 85 parts by mass of a polyolefin resin, 10 to 50 parts by mass of a polyphenylene ether resin, and 5 to 30 parts by mass of a styrene-based elastomer, each content (parts by mass) being relative to 100 parts by mass of the resin component, and the polyolefin resin comprises 5 to 60% by mass of an ethylene/propylene random copolymer obtained by polymerization using a metallocene catalyst and 30 to 95% by mass of a block-copolymerized polypropylene resin, each percentage being relative to the whole polyolefin resin.
(FR) L'invention concerne une composition de résine ignifuge non halogénée qui présente d'excellentes résistances mécaniques (comme la flexibilité et la résistance à l'usure), une excellente résistance à la flamme, des caractéristiques d'enfoncement particulièrement excellentes, et des caractéristiques d'allongement à la traction satisfaisant les normes UL. L'invention concerne aussi un fil et un câble électrique qui sont fabriqués en utilisant la composition de résine comme couche de protection. Une composition de résine ignifuge non halogénée qui comprend 100 parties en masse d'un composant de résine et 5 à 40 parties en masse d'un ignifuge à base de phosphore, où le composant de résine comprend 30 à 85 parties en masse d'une résine de polyoléfine, 10 à 50 parties en masse d'une résine d'éther de polyphénylène et 5 à 30 parties en masse d'un élastomère à base de styrène, chaque teneur (parties en masse) étant relative à 100 parties en masse du composant de résine, et la résine de polyoléfine comprend 5 à 60% en masse d'un copolymère statistique d'éthylène/propylène obtenu par polymérisation en utilisant un catalyseur métallocène et 30 à 95% en masse d'une résine de polypropylène copolymérisée par blocs, chaque pourcentage étant relatif à la résine entière de polyoléfine.
(JA) 柔軟性、耐摩耗性等の機械的強度及び難燃性に優れ、特にカットスルー特性に優れると共に、UL規格を満足する引張伸び特性を有するノンハロゲン難燃性樹脂組成物及びこの難燃性樹脂組成物を被覆層として用いた電線・ケーブルを提供する。 樹脂成分100質量部に対してリン系難燃剤を5~40質量部含有するノンハロゲン難燃性樹脂組成物であって、前記樹脂成分100質量部中にポリオレフィン系樹脂30~85質量部、ポリフェニレンエーテル系樹脂10~50質量部、及びスチレン系エラストマー5~30質量部を含有し、前記ポリオレフィン系樹脂はメタロセン触媒を用いて重合されたエチレン-プロピレンランダム共重合体をポリオレフィン系樹脂全体に対して5~60質量%、ブロック共重合ポリプロピレン樹脂をポリオレフィン系樹脂全体に対して30~95質量%含有する。
