Abstract
(DE) Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren sowie eine Vorrichtung zur gleichmäßigen Erhitzung eines durch ein Rohr (1) strömenden Fluids mit einem Hochfrequenz-Erhitzer (2). Bei dem Verfahren wird in dem durch den Hochfrequenz-Erhitzer (2) beeinflussten Rohrabschnitt ein Unterschied in der Strömungsgeschwindigkeit des Fluids zwischen inneren und äußeren Bereichen des Strömungsquerschnitts durch selektiven Eintrag von Schubenergie in den äußeren Bereichen verringert. Durch diesen selektiven Eintrag von Schubenergie in die Fluidströmung nahe der Wand des Erhitzerrohrs wird eine vorteilhafte Vergleichmäßigung des Temperaturprofils bei der Erhitzung erreicht.
(EN) The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for uniform heating of a fluid flowing through a tube (1), by means of a radio-frequency heater (2). In the method, the tube section which is influenced by the radio-frequency heater (2) reduces a difference in the flow rate of the fluid between inner and outer areas of the flow cross section by selective introduction of thrust energy into the outer areas. This selective introduction of thrust energy into the fluid flow close to the wall of the heater tube results in advantageous unification of the temperature profile during heating.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif destinés à réchauffer de manière régulière un fluide circulant dans un tube (1) à l'aide d'un réchauffeur haute fréquence (2). Dans le procédé, dans le tronçon de tube soumis au réchauffeur haute fréquence (2), une différence de vitesse d'écoulement du fluide entre les zones internes et externes de la section d'écoulement est réduite par une application sélective d'énergie de cisaillement dans les zones externes. Grâce à cette application sélective d'énergie de cisaillement dans l'écoulement du fluide près de la paroi du tube du réchauffeur, on obtient une régularisation avantageuse du profil de température lors du réchauffage.
