Abstract
(EN) A fused deposition forming composite manufacturing method for a part and a mold includes a prototype slicing step, a numerical control code generating step and a fused deposition forming step. Micro-rollers or micro-extrusion units move synchronously with a fused deposition area to compress and process the fused deposition area in a melting and softening area while the fused deposition forming step is performed. Micro-rollers used in the fused deposition forming composite manufacturing method for a part and a mold include a left vertical roller (9), a right vertical roller (6) and a horizontal roller (11). The manufacturing method prevents the melting material from falling, flowing, collapsing, cracking and deforming, reduces or eliminates residual stress, improves structure property, effectively reduces the step effect and increases the forming precision and the surface quality.
(FR) L'invention porte sur un procédé de fabrication de composite de formation de dépôt par fusion pour une pièce et un moule, lequel procédé comprend une étape de découpage en tranches de prototypes, une étape de génération de code de commande numérique et une étape de formation de dépôt par fusion. Des micro-rouleaux ou des micro-unités d'extrusion se déplacent en synchronisme avec une zone de dépôt par fusion afin de comprimer et de traiter la zone de dépôt par fusion en une zone de fusion et de ramollissement pendant que l'étape de formation de dépôt par fusion est effectuée. Des micro-rouleaux utilisés dans le procédé de fabrication de composite de formation de dépôt par fusion pour une pièce et un moule comprennent un rouleau vertical gauche (9), un rouleau vertical droit (6) et un rouleau horizontal (11). Le procédé de fabrication empêche le matériau de fusion de tomber, de s'écouler, de s'écraser, de se fissurer et de se déformer, réduit ou élimine les contraintes résiduelles, améliore les propriétés de structure, réduit efficacement l'effet de marches et accroît la précision de formation et la qualité de surface.
