Abstract
(EN) An isolator comprising a shaft (10), a pulley (20) journalled to the shaft on a first bushing (40) and a second bushing (50), the shaft comprising a shaft stop (12) disposed on a shaft radially outer surface (14), the pulley and the shaft rotationally moveable relative to each other, the pulley comprising an inner hub (23), the inner hub having a pulley stop (24) disposed to cooperatively engage the shaft stop, a torsion spring (30) engaged with the shaft and the pulley, the torsion spring exerting a contractive force parallel to an axis of rotation (A-A) in order to retain the pulley on the shaft, a cover member (60) fixed to the shaft, the pulley urged into engagement with the cover member by the torsion spring axial contractive force, and a rubber member (80) disposed on the shaft stop for engaging the pulley stop.
(FR) La présente invention a trait à un isolateur qui comprend un arbre (10), une poulie (20) tourillonnée à l'arbre sur une première douille (40) et une seconde douille (50), lequel arbre comprend une butée (12) disposée sur une surface radialement extérieure (14), la poulie et l'arbre étant mobiles de façon rotationnelle l'un par rapport à l'autre, laquelle poulie comprend un moyeu intérieur (23), le moyeu intérieur étant pourvu d'une butée de poulie (24) disposée de manière à mettre en prise par coopération la butée d'arbre, d'un ressort de torsion (30) mis en prise avec l'arbre et la poulie, ledit ressort de torsion exerçant une force de contraction parallèle à un axe de rotation (A-A) afin de retenir la poulie sur l'arbre, d'un élément couvercle (60) fixé à l'arbre, la poulie étant poussée pour être mise en prise avec l'élément couvercle par la force de contraction axiale du ressort de torsion, et d'un élément de caoutchouc (80) disposé sur la butée d'arbre de manière à mettre en prise la butée de poulie.
