Abstract
(EN) The invention relates to the fields of organic and medicinal chemistry, and molecular biology, and concerns a method for the preparation of a new class of telomerase-inhibiting compounds, which can be utilized for studying telomerases and catalytic sub-units of telomerases, and reverse transcriptases, and for studying and treating neoplastic and viral diseases. Telomerase-inhibiting coordination compounds of derivatives of imidazol-4-one are characterized by general formula (1).
(FR) L’invention concerne les domaines de la chimie organique et médicale et de la biologie moléculaire et porte sur un procédé de production d’une nouvelle classe de compositions inhibant la télomérase, qui peuvent s’utiliser dans l’étude des télomérases et des sous-unités catalytiques des télomérases, des transcriptases inverses, et pour l’étude et le traitement des maladies virales ou cancéreuses. Les compositions de coordination des dérivés d’imidazol-4-one inhibant la télomérase sont caractérisées par la formule générale (I).
(RU) Изобретение относится к области органической и медицинской химии, молекулярной биологии и касается способа получения нового класса соединений, ингибирующих теломеразу, которые могут быть использованы для изучения теломераз и каталитических субъединиц теломераз, обратных транскриптаз, для изучения и лечения опухолевых и вирусных заболеваний. Координационные соединения производных имидазол-4-она, ингибирующие теломеразу, характеризуются общей формулой (I).
