Abstract
(EN) Methods for detecting the presence of nanoparticles or microparticles by cell mass spectrometry (CMS) are provided. CMS methods are provided for determining the number of nanoparticles or microparticles in each cell. Nanoparticles whose intracellular concentration can be determines by the CMS methods of the invention include polymeric nanoparticles (NPs), liposomes, viral-based NPs, carbon nanotubes, diamond NPs, polymeric micelles, nanocarriers, liposomes, and viral nanoparticles. Determination of the efficiency of drug delivery and intracellular titer of pathogens according to the invention is disclosed. Methods for determining intracellular uptake of virus particles are provided.
(FR) L'invention concerne des procédés de détection de la présence de nanoparticules ou de microparticules par spectrométrie de masse cellulaire (CMS). L'invention concerne des procédés de CMS pour la détermination du nombre de nanoparticules ou de microparticules dans chaque cellule. Les nanoparticules dont la concentration intracellulaire peut être déterminée par les procédés CMS de l'invention comprennent les nanoparticules (NP) polymères, les liposomes, les NP à base de virus, les nanotubes de carbone, les NP de diamant, les micelles polymères, les nanovecteurs, les liposomes et les nanoparticules virales. L'invention concerne également la détermination de l'efficacité de l'administration de médicaments et du titre intracellulaire de pathogènes. L'invention concerne également des procédés de détermination du captage intracellulaire de particules virales.
