Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to a composition for predicting the prognosis of breast cancer, containing a medicine for measuring the expression level of a marker gene for predicting the prognosis of breast cancer, a kit containing the composition for predicting the prognosis of breast cancer, and a method for providing the information necessary for predicting prognosis including the chance of breast cancer recurrence by using the marker for predicting the prognosis of breast cancer. The prognosis prediction method for predicting breast cancer recurrence according to the present invention can accurately and rapidly predict the chance of breast cancer recurrence within two years in patients subject to surgical treatment or cancer chemotherapy by using genes expressed differently in a group of breast cancer non-recurrence and a group of breast cancer recurrence as a marker for prognosis prediction, thereby enabling selection of the therapy appropriate for patients with high risk of recurrence and greatly contributing to the increase of the survival rate of patients.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une composition visant à prédire l'évolution d'un cancer du sein, ladite composition contenant un médicament destiné à mesurer le niveau d'expression d'un gène marqueur permettant de pronostiquer l'évolution d'un cancer du sein. L'invention concerne également un kit contenant ladite composition, ainsi qu'un procédé visant à obtenir les informations nécessaires à la prédiction de l'évolution, notamment les risques de récidive d'un cancer du sein, à l'aide du marqueur servant à prédire l'évolution d'un cancer du sein. Le procédé de prédiction des récidives du cancer du sein selon l'invention est capable de prédire rapidement, et avec exactitude, la probabilité de récidive d'un cancer du sein dans les deux ans chez des patients ayant subi un traitement chirurgical ou une chimiothérapie, grâce à des gènes exprimés différemment dans un groupe avec absence de récidive du cancer du sein et un groupe avec récidive du cancer du sein, ces gènes étant utilisés comme marqueurs afin de formuler un pronostic d'évolution. Il est ainsi possible de sélectionner une thérapie adaptée aux patients présentant un risque élevé de récidive, et de contribuer fortement à l'augmentation du taux de survie de ces patients.
(KO) 본 발명은 유방암의 예후 예측을 위한 마커 유전자의 발현수준을 측정하는 제제를 포함하는 유방암의 예후 예측용 조성물, 상기 조성물을 포함하는 유방암의 예후 예측용 키트, 상기 유방암의 예후 예측 마커를 이용하여 유방암의 재발 가능성을 비롯한 예후 예측에 필요한 정보를 제공하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 유방암 재발의 예후 예측은 유방암 비재발군과 재발군에서 차등적으로 발현된 유전자들을 예후 예측 마커로 사용함으로써 수술 또는 항암 화학요법을 시술 받은 환자에게서 2년 이내에 유방암이 재발할 가능성을 정확하면서도 신속하게 예측할 수 있고, 그로 인해 재발 가능성이 높은 환자를 위한 적절한 치료법의 선발을 가능케 할 뿐만 아니라 환자의 생존율을 높이는데 크게 기여할 수 있다.
