Abstract
(EN) Disclosed is a curable fluorine-containing resin obtained by reacting a polymer (P) and a compound (C). Said polymer (P) is obtained by co-polymerizing as required monomer components (A) a compound having a poly-(perfluoro alkylene ethyl) chain and a styryl base on both ends thereof, and (B) a polymerizable unsaturated monomer having (b) at least one functional group selected from a set consisting of the hydroxyl group, isocyanate group, epoxy group, carboxyl group, acid anhydride group and carboxylic acid halide group. Said compound (C) is reactive to the aforementioned functional group (b) and has a polymerizable unsaturated group and at least one functional group (c) selected from a set consisting of the hydroxyl group, isocyanate group, epoxy group, carboxyl group, acid anhydride group and carboxylic acid halide group. By adding the curable fluorine-containing resin to an active energy ray curable composition, a cured film thereof can be imparted with anti-fouling properties which are stable even when said cured film is brought into contact with alkaline or other chemicals.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une résine fluorée s'obtenant par réaction d'un polymère (P) avec un composé (C). Pour obtenir ledit polymère (P), on réalise une copolymérisation de composants monomères, à savoir, d'une part un composé (A) comprenant une chaîne poly-(perfluoro-alkylène-éthyle) dont les deux extrémités portent une base styryle, et un monomère (B) insaturé polymérisable portant (b) au moins un groupe fonctionnel choisi dans un ensemble constitué de groupes hydroxyles, isocyanate, époxy, carboxyle, anhydride d'acide, et halogénure d'acide carboxylique. Ledit composé (C), qui réagit au groupe fonctionnel (b) déjà mentionné, comporte un groupe polymérisable insaturé et au moins un groupe fonctionnel (c) choisi dans un ensemble constitué des groupes hydroxyle, isocyanate, époxy, carboxyle, anhydride d'acide et halogénure d'acide carboxylique. En ajoutant la résine fluorée durcissable à une composition capable de durcir sous un rayonnement d'énergie, on arrive à conférer au film durci des propriétés d'antisalissure qui sont stables, même quand ledit film durci est mis en contact de produits alcalins ou d'autres produits chimiques.
(JA)  ポリ(パーフルオロアルキレンエーテル)鎖とその両末端にスチリル基を有する化合物(A)と、水酸基、イソシアネート基、エポキシ基、カルボキシル基、酸無水物基及びカルボン酸ハライド基からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1つの官能基(b)を有する重合性不飽和単量体(B)とを必須の単量体成分として共重合させて得られる重合体(P)に、前記官能基(b)に対して反応性を有し、かつ水酸基、イソシアネート基、エポキシ基、カルボキシル基、酸無水物基及びカルボン酸ハライド基からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1つの官能基(c)及び重合性不飽和基を有する化合物(C)を反応させて得られるものであることを特徴とする含フッ素硬化性樹脂を提供する。この含フッ素硬化性樹脂は、活性エネルギー線硬化性組成物に添加して、その硬化塗膜に防汚性を付与することができ、アルカリ等の薬品に接触しても安定した防汚性を発揮する。
