Abstract
(EN) Disclosed is a hydrogen production apparatus (1) comprising a burner (10), combustion tube (11) provided so as to surround flames from the burner (10) and to exhaust exhaust gas from the burner (10) from one side, reforming unit (6) provided in a cylindrical shape so as to surround the combustion tube (11) and generate reform to gas by a reforming reaction of raw fuel and water vapor, exhaust gas channels (L1) that are provided in a cylindrical shape so as to pass between the combustion tube (11) and the reforming unit (6) bending back to the other side of the reforming unit (6), passing through the outside of the reforming unit (6) and extending to one side to allow exhaust gas exhausted from one side of the combustion tube (11) to flow through, low temperature shift reaction units (13) provided in a cylindrical shape so as to surround extending parts (L1b) each extending to the side of one of the exhaust gas channels (L1) to have the reformed gas generated by the reforming unit (6) undergo a shift reaction to reduce the carbon monoxide concentration in the reformed gas, evaporation units (9) provided in a cylindrical shape so as to surround extending parts (L1b) to generate water vapor by heating accumulated water with peripheral heat and selective oxidation reaction units (8) provided in a cylindrical shape so as to surround evaporation units (9) to have the reformed gas that has undergone the shift reaction in the low temperature shift reaction units (13) undergo a selective oxidation reaction to further reduce the carbon monoxide concentration.
(FR) L'invention concerne un appareil de production d'hydrogène (1) comprenant : un brûleur (10) ; un tube de combustion (11) disposé de sorte à entourer les flammes du brûleur (10) et à évacuer un gaz d'échappement du brûleur (10) par un côté ; une unité de reformage (6) présentant une forme cylindrique de sorte à entourer le combustion tube (11) et à produire un reformat par une réaction de reformage de combustible brut et de vapeur d'eau ; des canaux de gaz d'échappement (L1) présentant une forme cylindrique de sorte à passer entre le combustion tube (11) et l'unité de reformage (6) en se repliant vers l'autre côté de l'unité de reformage (6), traversant l'extérieur de l'unité de reformage (6) et s'étendant jusqu'à un côté pour permettre l'écoulement du gaz d'échappement évacué par un côté du tube de combustion (11) ; des unités de conversion à basses températures (13) présentant une forme cylindrique de sorte à entourer des parties allongées (L1b) s'étendant chacune jusqu'à un côté d'un des canaux de gaz d'échappement (L1) afin que le reformat généré par l'unité de reformage (6) soit soumis à une conversion pour réduire sa concentration de monoxyde de carbone ; et des unités d'évaporation (9) présentant une forme cylindrique pour entourer les parties allongées (L1b) afin de générer de la vapeur d'eau par chauffage de l'eau accumulée au moyen d'une chaleur périphérique ; et des unités de réaction d'oxydation sélective (8) présentant une forme cylindrique de sorte à entourer les unités d'évaporation (9) pour que le reformat ayant été soumis à la conversion dans les unités de conversion à basses températures (13) soit soumis à une réaction d'oxydation sélective pour réduire davantage sa concentration de monoxyde de carbone.
(JA)  水素製造装置1は、バーナ10と、バーナ10の火炎を囲むように設けられ、バーナ10の排ガスを一方の側から排出する燃焼筒11と、燃焼筒11を囲むように筒状に設けられ、原燃料及び水蒸気を改質反応させて改質ガスを生成する改質部6と、燃焼筒11と改質部6との間を通って改質部6の他方の側で折り返され、かつ改質部6の外側を通って一方の側に延在するように筒状に設けられ、燃焼筒11の一方の側から排出された排ガスを流通させる排ガス流路L1と、排ガス流路L1のうち一方の側に延在する延在部分L1bに囲まれるように筒状に設けられ、改質部6で生成された改質ガスをシフト反応させて改質ガスの一酸化炭素濃度を低下させる低温シフト反応部13と、延在部分L1bを囲むように筒状に設けられ、貯留された水を周囲の熱によって加熱して水蒸気を生成する蒸発部9と、蒸発部9を囲むように筒状に設けられ、低温シフト反応部13でシフト反応させられた改質ガスを選択酸化反応させて一酸化炭素濃度を更に低下させる選択酸化反応部8と、を備える。
