Abstract
(EN) Disclosed is a preparation method for an activated catalyst for Fischer-Tropsch synthesis that involves a step for reduction treating an activated catalyst for Fischer-Tropsch synthesis having an active metal supported on an inorganic carrier by means of a gas comprising hydrogen gas. The aforementioned reduction treatment is performed in either a reactor (10) that performs the hydrodesulfurization of a hydrocarbon starting material for producing a synthesis gas that is the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis starting material, a reactor (30) that performs Fischer-Tropsch synthesis, or a reactor (50, 52, 54) that performs the hydrotreatment of a synthetic oil synthesized by means of Fischer-Tropsch synthesis.
(FR) Cette invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un catalyseur activé pour la synthèse de Fischer-Tropsch qui implique une étape consistant à traiter par réduction un catalyseur activé pour synthèse de Fischer-Tropsch ayant un métal actif supporté sur un transporteur inorganique au moyen d'un gaz comprenant de l'hydrogène. Ce traitement par réduction est effectué dans un réacteur (10) qui réalise l'hydrodésulfuration de matières premières constituées d'hydrocarbures pour produire un gaz de synthèse qui est le produit de départ de la synthèse de Fischer-Tropsch, un réacteur (30) qui effectue la synthèse de Fischer-Tropsch, ou un réacteur (50, 52, 54) qui effectue l'hydrotraitement d'une huile synthétique synthétisée par synthèse de Fischer-Tropsch.
(JA)  本発明のフィッシャー・トロプシュ合成反応用活性化触媒の製造方法は、無機担体に活性金属を担持してなるフィッシャー・トロプシュ合成反応用触媒を、水素ガスを含むガスにより還元処理する工程を備える。前記還元処理は、フィッシャー・トロプシュ合成反応原料である合成ガスを製造するための炭化水素原料の水素化脱硫を行う反応器(10)、フィッシャー・トロプシュ合成反応を行う反応器(30)、フィッシャー・トロプシュ合成反応により合成された合成油の水素化処理を行う反応器(50、52、54)のいずれかにおいて実施される。
