The present invention relates to two chiral compounds, to a method for the synthesis thereof and to the use thereof as precursors for obtaining analogues of Gemini vitamin D3. The vitamin D analogue known as Gemini, having two side chains bonded to C2O, and a plurality of the analogues thereof strongly inhibit the proliferation of different types of cancerous cells. The present invention relates to two key compounds, to precursors of Gemini and to the analogues thereof.

La presente invención describe dos compuestos quirales, su procedimiento de síntesis y su uso como precursores para la obtención de análogos de tipo Gémini de la vitamina D3. El análogo de la vitamina D llamado Gémini, con dos cadenas laterales unidas al C2o, así como varios de sus análogos resultan extremadamente potentes en la inhibición de la proliferación celular de distintos tipos de células cancerosas. La presente invención describe dos compuestos claves, precursores de Gémini y de sus análogos.

La présente invention concerne deux composés chiraux, leur procédé de synthèse et leur utilisation comme précurseurs pour obtenir des analogues de type Gémini de la vitamine D3. L'analogue de la vitamine D appelé Gémini, avec deux chaînes latérales liées au C20, ainsi que divers de ses analogues s'avèrent être extrêmement puissants pour inhiber la prolifération cellulaire de différents types de cellules cancéreuses. La présente invention concerne deux composés clés, précurseurs de Gémini et de ses analogues.
