Abstract
(DE) Verfahren zur Herstellung eines stand- und formstabilen Kunststoffbehälters (1), insbesondere in Flaschenform, umfassend die folgenden Schritte: Formung eines Beutels (2) aus einer Kunststofffolie mit einer Folienstärke von 0,3 - 1,2 mm, wobei der Beutel (2) durch Verschweissen der Kunststofffolie unter Ausbildung von Schweissnähten, die eine Schweissnahtbreite zwischen 0,6 - 10,0 mm aufweisen, gebildet werden, und der Beutel (2) einen Boden (3) und eine dem Boden (3) gegenüberliegende Beutelöffnung (4) umfasst, wobei im aufgestellten Zustand die Beutelöffnung (4) kleiner/gleich ist als der gegenüberliegende Bodenbereich (3), Einbringen eines Halterings (5) in die Öffnung (4) des Beutels (2) wobei der Haltering (5) einen Durchmesser (D1) aufweist, der grösser ist als der Mindestkerndurchmesser (D) des Halterings (5) und der Herstellung einer Stoffschlüssigen Verbindung zwischen dem Haltering (5) und der Beutelöffnung (4), Temperierung des Beutels (2) in einem Temperaturbereich zwischen 50°C bis 85 °C in der Art, dass eine Verformung des Beutels (2) im Wesentlichen ausserhalb des elastischen Bereichs ermöglicht ist. Aufblasen des Beutels (2) in einer geöffneten Blasform (6) bei 0,5 - 2 bar für 0,5 - 5 sec, und in Form Blasen in geschlossener Blasform (6) bei 1 - 7 bar. Offenbart werden auch ein stand- und formstabiler Kunststoffbehälter (1) sowie ein Beutel (2) zur Verwendung im Verfahren.
(EN) A method for producing a self-supporting and dimensionally stable plastic container (1), in particular in bottle form, comprising the following steps: forming of a bag (2) from a plastic film with a film thickness of 0.3 - 1.2 mm, wherein the bag (2) is formed by welding of the plastic film with the formation of welded seams which have a welded-seam width between 0.6 and 10.0 mm, and the bag (2) comprises a base (3) and a bag opening (4) which lies opposite the base (3), wherein, in the erected state, the bag opening (4) is smaller than/equal to the base region (3) which lies opposite, introduction of a holding ring (5) into the opening (4) of the bag (2), wherein the holding ring (5) has a diameter (D1) which is greater than the minimum core diameter (D) of the holding ring (5), and production of a material-to-material connection between the holding ring (5) and the bag opening (4), tempering of the bag (2) in a temperature range between 50°C and 85°C in such a way that deformation of the bag (2) is made possible substantially outside the elastic range, inflation of the bag (2) in an open blowing mould (6) at 0.5 - 2 bar for 0.5 - 5 seconds, and in-mould blowing in the closed blowing mould (6) at 1 - 7 bar. Also disclosed are a self-supporting and dimensionally stable plastic container (1) and a bag (2) for use in said method.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un contenant en matière plastique à stabilité de position et de forme (1), en particulier sous forme de bouteille, consistant à : former un sachet (2) à partir d'un film plastique d'une épaisseur comprise entre 0,3 et 1,2 mm, de préférence entre 0,6 et 0,8 mm, le sachet (2) étant formé par soudage du film plastique avec formation de joints de soudure présentant une largeur comprise entre 0,6 et 10,0 mm, de préférence entre 2,5 et 4,0 mm, le sachet (2) comprenant un fond (3) et une ouverture de sachet (4) opposée au fond (3) et, à l'état relevé, l'ouverture de sachet (4) étant inférieure/identique à la zone de fond (3) opposée; introduire une bague de retenue (5) dans l'ouverture (4) du sachet (2), la bague de retenue (5) présentant un diamètre (D1) supérieur au diamètre de noyau minimum (DK1) de la bague de retenue (5); assembler par liaison de matière la bague de retenue (5) et l'ouverture de sachet (4); thermoréguler le sachet (2) dans une plage de température comprise entre 50 °C et 85 °C, de telle sorte qu'une déformation du sachet (2) sensiblement à l'extérieur de la zone élastique soit permise; souffler le sachet (2) dans un moule de soufflage ouvert (6) à une pression comprise entre 0,5 et 2 bar, de préférence d'environ 1 bar pendant 0,5 à 5 secondes, de préférence pendant 1 à 2 secondes; et souffler pour obtenir la forme dans un moule de soufflage fermé (6) à une pression comprise entre 1 et 7 bar, de préférence entre 5,5 et 6,5 bar.
