Abstract
(DE) Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Kupplungseinrichtung (1) zum Verbinden einer ersten Fluidleitung (5) mit einer zweiten Fluidleitung (6), mit einem ersten Stutzen (2), der an seiner Außenseite eine Außenrastkontur (7) aufweist und der mit der ersten Fluidleitung (5) verbunden ist oder damit verbindbar ist, mit einem zweiten Stutzen (3), der an seiner Außenseite eine Außenrastkontur (8) aufweist und der mit der zweiten Fluidleitung (6) verbunden ist oder damit verbindbar ist, und mit einer Hülse (4), in welche beide Stutzen (2, 3) an gegenüberliegenden Enden einsteckbar sind und die an ihrer Innenseite zu den Außenrastkonturen (7, 8) komplementäre Innenrastkonturen (10, 11) aufweist, die beim Einstecken der Stutzen (2, 3) mit den Außenrastkonturen (7, 8) verrasten. Eine preiswerte Herstellbarkeit ergibt sich, wenn die Innenrastkonturen (10, 11) integral an der Hülse (4) ausgeformt sind.
(EN) The present invention relates to a coupling device (1) for connecting a first fluid line (5) to a second fluid line (6), having a first connecting piece (2) which has an external latching contour (7) on the outer side thereof and which is or can be connected to the first fluid line (5), having a second connecting piece (3) which has an external latching contour (8) on the outer side thereof and which is or can be connected to the second fluid line (6), and having a sleeve (4) into which the two connecting pieces (2, 3) can be inserted at opposite ends and which has, on the inner side thereof, internal latching contours (10, 11) which are complementary to the external latching contours (7, 8) and which latch with the external latching contours (7, 8) when the connecting pieces (2, 3) are inserted. Cheap production is possible if the internal latching contours (10, 11) are formed integrally on the sleeve (4).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif de raccordement (1) pour raccorder une première conduite de fluide (5) à une deuxième conduite de fluide (6), doté d'une première tubulure (2) présentant, sur sa face extérieure, un profil d'encliquetage extérieur (7) et raccordée à la première conduite de fluide (5) ou pouvant être raccordée à celle-ci, d'une deuxième tubulure (3) présentant, sur sa face extérieure, un profil d'encliquetage extérieur (8) et raccordée à la deuxième conduite de fluide (6) ou pouvant être raccordée à celle-ci, et d'un manchon (4), dans lequel peuvent être insérées les deux tubulures (2, 3) en des extrémités opposées et présentant, sur sa face intérieure, des profils d'encliquetage intérieurs (10, 11) complémentaires des profils d'encliquetage extérieurs (7, 8), qui s'encliquettent avec les profils d'encliquetage extérieurs (7, 8) lors de l'insertion des tubulures (2, 3). Le façonnage des profils d'encliquetage intérieurs (10, 11) d'une seule pièce sur le manchon (4) permet une fabrication peu onéreuse.
