Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to an electrospinning apparatus for producing nanofibers, comprising: a spinning solution supply unit (10); a spinning unit (30) including a plurality of spinning nozzles (32), and a nozzle block (31) in which the spinning nozzles (32) are equidistantly arranged and supported; a nanofiber-collecting unit (40) which collects nanofibers spun from the spinning unit (30); a power supply (50) which forms an electric field in a spinning zone (Z); a process gas supply unit (20) which generates and supplies process gas to control the temperature and humidity of the spinning zone (Z) to a range appropriate for the electrospinning conditions for nanofibers; and a process gas laminar flow distribution device (100) which divides the process gas supplied from the process gas supply unit (20) into laminar flows within the process gas laminar flow distribution device (100), and distributes the process gas from an upper portion of the spinning unit (30) to the spinning zone (Z). (FR) La présente invention porte sur un appareil d'électrofilature destiné à produire des nanofibres, comprenant : une unité d'amenée de la solution de filage (10) ; une unité de filage (30) comprenant une pluralité de buses de filage (32), et un bloc de buses (31) dans lequel les buses de filage (32) sont agencées et supportées de façon équidistante ; une unité collectrice de nanofibres (40), qui collecte des nanofibres filées issues de l'unité de filage (30) ; une alimentation électrique (30) qui forme un champ électrique dans une zone de filage (Z) ; une unité d'alimentation en gaz de traitement (20) qui génère et fournit un gaz de traitement pour commander la température et l'humidité de la zone de filage (Z) dans une plage appropriée pour les conditions d'électrofilage des nanofibres ; un dispositif de distribution à écoulement laminaire de gaz de traitement (100) qui divise le gaz de traitement acheminé en provenance de l'unité d'alimentation en gaz de traitement (20) en écoulements laminaires dans le dispositif de distribution d'écoulement laminaire de gaz de traitement (100), et qui distribue le gaz de traitement à partir d'une partie supérieure de l'unité de filage (30) vers la zone de filage (Z). (KO) 본 발명은 나노섬유 제조용 전기방사장치에 관한 것이고, 방사용액 공급부(10); 복수개의 방사노즐(32)과, 상기 복수개의 방사노즐(32)을 일정한 간격으로 배치하여 지지하는 노즐블록(31)로 이루어진 방사 유닛(30); 방사 유닛(30)에서 방사하는 나노섬유를 수집하는 나노섬유 수집부(40); 방사영역(Z)에 전기장을 형성하는 전원장치(50); 상기 방사영역(z)을 나노섬유의 전기방사조건에 맞는 온도와 습도 범위로 제어하기 위한 공정기체를 발생시켜 공급하는 공정기체 공급부(20); 및 상기 공정기체 공급부(20)에서 제공되는 공정기체를 내부에서 층류로 분류하여 상기 방사 유닛(30)의 상부에서 방사영역(Z)을 향하여 분배하는 공정기체 층류 분배 기구(100)를 포함한다.
