Abstract
(EN) Disclosed is a device with a drive source that drives and rotates a drum around a rotatory shaft in synchronization with other devices, based on a synchronization signal that is repeatedly output and uses the unit movement amount for other devices that corresponds to the product pitch as one unit. The device supplies a raw material for an absorbing body from a duct disposed at a predetermined position in the rotation direction on the outer peripheral surface of the drum to a plurality of depressions provided intermittently at a predetermined placement pitch in the rotation direction, thereby depositing the raw material for the absorbing body in the depressions to produce the absorbing body. The device comprises a first pitch setting member that sets the placement pitch as a first pitch; a second pitch setting member that sets the placement pitch at a second pitch that differs from the first pitch; a first signal generating unit that repeatedly generates a first rotation angle signal using the rotation angle of the drum that corresponds to the first pitch as one unit, based on the drum rotation; a second signal generating unit that repeatedly generates a second rotation angle signal using the aforementioned rotation angle of the drum that corresponds to the second pitch as one unit, based on the drum rotation; and a controller that controls the drive and rotation of the drive source. When the placement pitch is set at the first pitch, the controller controls the drive and rotation of the drive source based on the first rotation angle signal and the synchronization signal. When the placement pitch is set at the second pitch, the controller controls the drive and rotation of the drive source based on the second rotation angle signal and the synchronization signal.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif possédant une source d'entraînement qui assure une rotation par entraînement d'un tambour autour d'un axe de rotation, en synchronisation avec un autre dispositif, sur la base d'un signal de synchronisation émis à répétition en sortie avec pour unité la quantité d'opérations unitaires de l'autre dispositif qui correspond au pas d'un article. Plus précisément, l'invention concerne un dispositif de fabrication d'un corps absorbant dans lequel la surface périphérique externe du tambour est approvisionnée en matière première de corps absorbant par un conduit placé en une position prédéfinie de la direction de rotation, vers une pluralité de parties en creux disposées de manière intermittente selon un pas de disposition prédéfini dans la direction de rotation; et la matière première de corps absorbant est accumulée dans les parties en creux. Ce dispositif possède : un premier élément d'établissement de pas qui établit le pas de disposition en tant que premier pas; un second élément d'établissement de pas qui établit le pas de disposition en tant que second pas, différent du premier pas; d'une première unité de génération de signal qui génère à répétition un premier signal d'angle de rotation avec pour unité un angle de rotation du tambour correspondant au premier pas, sur la base de la rotation du tambour; d'une seconde unité de génération de signal qui génère à répétition un second signal d'angle de rotation avec pour unité ledit angle de rotation du tambour correspondant au second pas, sur la base de la rotation du tambour; et une unité de commande qui commande la rotation par entraînement de la source d'entraînement. Lorsque le pas de disposition est établi en tant que premier pas, l'unité de commande assure la commande de la rotation par entraînement de la source d'entraînement sur la base du premier signal d'angle de rotation et du signal de synchronisation.
