Abstract
(EN) Disclosed is a resin-coated aluminum alloy plate for a bottomed cylindrical case for a capacitor, which has good drawing processability and ironing processability and is free from cracking of the resin coating film and separation between the aluminum alloy plate and the resin coating film during the processing. The resin-coated aluminum alloy plate for a bottomed cylindrical case for a capacitor is also free from deterioration of the coating film and corrosion of the base aluminum in a harsh environment after the processing. Specifically disclosed is a resin-coated aluminum alloy plate for a bottomed cylindrical case for a capacitor, which is composed of a substrate that is formed of an aluminum alloy plate, a chemical conversion coating film that is formed on the surface of the substrate, and a resin coating film that is formed on the surface of the chemical conversion coating film. The resin coating film is a cured product of a resin mixture that contains an epoxy resin having specific physical properties, a polyester resin, an amino resin and an isocyanate resin at a specific mixing ratio.
(FR) La présente invention se rapporte à une plaque d'alliage d'aluminium recouverte de résine pour un boîtier cylindrique à fond d'un condensateur. Ladite plaque présente une bonne aptitude au traitement de revenu de l'acier et une bonne aptitude au traitement d'étirage de paroi et ne présente pas de fissure du film de revêtement en résine ni de séparation entre la plaque d'alliage d'aluminium et le film de revêtement en résine pendant le traitement. La plaque d'alliage d'aluminium recouverte de résine pour un boîtier cylindrique à fond d'un condensateur ne présente également pas de détérioration du film de revêtement et de corrosion de l'aluminium de base dans un environnement hostile après le traitement. De façon précise, la présente invention se rapporte à une plaque d'alliage d'aluminium recouverte de résine pour un boîtier cylindrique à fond d'un condensateur qui est composée d'un substrat qui est formé d'une plaque d'alliage d'aluminium, d'un film de revêtement par conversion chimique qui est formé sur la surface du substrat, et d'un film de revêtement en résine qui est formé sur la surface du film de revêtement par conversion chimique. Le film de revêtement en résine est un produit durci d'un mélange de résines qui contient une résine époxy qui présente des propriétés physiques spécifiques, une résine polyester, une résine amino et une résine isocyanate selon un rapport de mélange spécifique.
(JA)  本発明は、絞り及びしごき加工性が良好であり、加工時に樹脂塗膜が割れることなく、アルミニウム合金板と樹脂塗膜との間で剥離が生じず、加工成形後、過酷な環境においても塗膜劣化及び下地アルミニウムの腐食が発生しないコンデンサ用有底円筒形ケース用樹脂被覆アルミニウム合金板を提供する。 本発明のコンデンサ用有底円筒形ケース用樹脂被覆アルミニウム合金板は、アルミニウム合金板からなる基板と、該基板の表面上に形成された化成皮膜と、該化成皮膜の表面上に形成された樹脂塗膜とからなり、該樹脂塗膜は、特定の物性を有するエポキシ樹脂と、ポリエステル樹脂と、アミノ樹脂と、イソシアネート樹脂とを特定の配合割合で含有する樹脂混合物の硬化物である。
