Abstract
(DE) Es wird ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von modifizierten Kunststoffen, insbesondere von modifizierten Polyolefinen beschrieben, bei dem zu modifizierende Kunststoffe einer Friktionszone zugeführt werden und die Kunststoffe durch die Friktionszone hindurchgeführt werden und währenddessen in die Kunststoffe Friktionsenergie und thermische Energie eingetragen wird, wobei die Friktionsenergie durch hinreichend schnell rotierende dispergierende Elemente erzeugt wird, so dass zumindest in dem Bereich der Friktionszone, in dem die zu modifizierenden Kunststoffe zugeführt werden, durch die eingetragene Friktionsenergie ein Abbau zu modifizierten Kunststoffen stattfindet, wobei die modifizierten Kunststoffe eine Molekulargewichtsverteilung mit weniger als 5 Gew.-% an Polymeren mit einem Molekulargewicht kleiner 1400 g/mol aufweisen.
(EN) The invention relates to a method for producing modified plastics, in particular modified polyolefins, wherein plastics to be modified are fed to a friction zone and the plastics are conducted through the friction zone and at the same time friction energy and thermal energy are applied to the plastics, wherein the friction energy is produced by dispersing elements that rotate sufficiently quickly so that at least in the area of the friction zone, in which the plastics to be modified are fed, the plastics to be modified are decomposed into modified plastics by the applied friction energy, wherein the modified plastics have a molecular weight distribution having less than 5 wt % of polymers having a molecular weight of less than 1400 g/mol.
(FR) L'invention porte sur un procédé de fabrication de matières plastiques modifiées, en particulier de polyoléfines modifiées, dans lequel des matières plastiques modifiées sont envoyées dans une zone de friction, et les matières plastiques traversent la zone de friction et, pendant ce temps-là, une énergie de frottement et une énergie thermique sont introduites dans les matières plastiques, l'énergie de frottement étant produite par des éléments disperseurs, tournant suffisamment vite, de façon qu'au moins dans la zone de friction dans laquelle sont envoyées les matières plastiques à modifier, il se crée, sous l'effet de l'énergie de frottement introduite, une dégradation conduisant à des matières plastiques modifiées, les matières plastiques modifiées présentant une distribution des masses moléculaires inférieure à 5 % de polymères ayant une masse moléculaire inférieure à 1400 g/mol.
