Abstract
(DE) Eine Doppelkupplung zum Kuppeln einer motorseitigen Eingangswelle mit einer ersten getriebeseitigen Ausgangswelle und/oder einer zweiten getriebeseitigen Ausgangswelle weist eine erste Kupplung (12) auf, die eine relativ zu einer ersten Gegenplatte (18) axial bewegbare erste Anpressplatte (16) zum Kuppeln einer mit der ersten Ausgangswelle verbundenen ersten Kupplungsscheibe (20) aufweist. Ferner weist die Doppelkupplung eine zweite Kupplung (14) auf, die eine relativ zu einer zweiten Gegenplatte (28) axial bewegbare zweite Anpressplatte (26) zum Kuppeln einer mit der zweiten Ausgangswelle verbundenen zweiten Kupplungsscheibe (30) aufweist. Mit der ersten Gegenplatte (18) und der zweiten Gegenplatte (28) ist ein Kupplungsdeckel (42) verbunden. Ferner ist eine Betätigungseinrichtung (32) zum Bewegen der ersten Anpressplatte (16) und/oder der zweiten Anpressplatte (26) vorgesehen, wobei zwischen der Betätigungseinrichtung (32) und dem Kupplungsdeckel (42) ein Deckellager (46) angeordnet ist. Erfindungsgemäß sind das Deckellager (46) und der Kupplungsdeckel (42) derart ausgestaltet, dass das Deckellager (42) in Richtung auf die Antriebswelle zu in den Kupplungsdeckel (42) einbringbar ist. Zusätzlich ist das Deckellager (46) mit dem Kupplungsdeckel (42) über ein Arretierelement (48) zur Arretierung des Deckellagers (46) mit dem Kupplungsdeckel (42) derart verbunden, dass über das Arretierelement (48) Betätigungskräfte der Betätigungseinrichtung (32) an den Kupplungsdeckel (42) ableitbar sind. Dadurch kann zu Wartungs- und Einstellungszwecken die Betätigungseinrichtung (32) möglichst spät montiert und/oder nachträglich demontiert werden, so dass die Montage und/oder Demontage vereinfacht ist.

According to the invention, the cover bearing (46) and the clutch cover (42) are configured in such a manner that the cover bearing (42) can enter the clutch cover (42) in the direction of the drive shaft. The cover bearing (46) is additionally connected to the clutch cover (42) via a locking element (48) for locking the cover bearing (46) to the clutch cover (42) in such a manner that actuating forces of the actuating device (32) can be conducted at the clutch cover (42) via the locking element (48). As a result, the actuating device (32) can be fitted as late as possible and/or removed retrospectively for maintenance and adjustment purposes, thus simplifying the fitting and/or removal.

Un couvercle d'embrayage (42) est relié à la première contre-plaque (18) et à la deuxième contre-plaque (28). Un dispositif d'actionnement (32) est également prévu pour déplacer la première plaque de compression (16) et/ou la deuxième plaque de compression (26), un palier de couvercle (46) étant prévu entre le dispositif d'actionnement (32) et le couvercle d'embrayage (42). Le palier de couvercle (46) et le couvercle d'embrayage (42) sont conçus de telle manière que le palier de couvercle (42) peut être introduit dans le couvercle d'embrayage (42) en direction de l'arbre d'entrée.
