Abstract
(DE) Bei einem Verfahren zur Erwärmung von langgestreckten Erzeugnissen (1) aus Metall, insbesondere Drähten und Bändern, wird die thermische Energie zur Erwärmung in einem Durchlaufverfahren auf das Erzeugnis (1) übertragen. Die thermische Energie wird mittels zweier unterschiedlicher Wärmeerzeugungsverfahren erzeugt. In einem ersten Verfahren wird die thermische Energie berührungslos über den Mantel des langgestreckten Erzeugnisses (1) übertragen und im zweiten Verfahren durch elektrischen Strom im Erzeugnis (1) selbst erzeugt. Die Vorrichtung weist eine Durchlauf-Erwärmungsstrecke (4) mit Transportmitteln für das langgestreckte Erzeugnis (1) und zwei Teilabschnitte (5, 6) auf. Die Erwärmungsstrecke (4) umfasst im ersten Teilabschnitt (5) eine erste Einrichtung (8) zum Erzeugen thermischer Energie ausserhalb des Erzeugnisses (1) und parallel dazu, über die beiden Teilabschnitte (5, 6) angeordnet, eine zweite Einrichtung (7) mit einer direkt am Erzeugnis (1) wirkenden elektrischen Widerstandsheizung.
(EN) In a process for heating elongated metal products (1), in particular wires and strips, the thermal energy for heating is transferred to the product (1) in a run-through process. The thermal energy is generated by means of two different heat generation processes. In a first process, the thermal energy is transferred without contact via the outer wall of the elongated product (1) and in the second process is generated in the product (1) itself by means of an electric current. The apparatus has a run-through heating section (4) with transport means for the elongated product (1) and two subsections (5, 6). The heating section (4) comprises, in the first subsection (5), a first device (8) for generating thermal energy outside the product (1) and, parallel thereto, a second device (7) which is arranged above the two subsections (5, 6) and has electric resistance heating acting directly on the product (1).
(FR) Dans un procédé de chauffage de produits allongés (1) en métal, en particulier de fils et de bandes, l'énergie thermique est transférée au produit (1) pour le chauffage dans un procédé en continu. L'énergie thermique est produite au moyen de deux procédés de production de chaleur différents. Dans un premier procédé, l'énergie thermique est transférée sans contact sur l'enveloppe du produit allongé (1), et, dans le deuxième procédé, elle est produite par courant électrique dans le produit (1) lui-même. Le dispositif présente un parcours de chauffage en continu (4) comprenant des moyens de transport pour le produit allongé (1) et deux sections partielles (5, 6). Le parcours de chauffage (4) comprend, dans la première section partielle (5), un premier appareil (8) de production d'énergie thermique en dehors du produit (1) et parallèlement à celui-ci, sur les deux sections partielles (5, 6) est disposé un deuxième appareil (7) à chauffage par résistance électrique agissant directement sur le produit (1).
