Abstract
(EN) The disclosed method for manufacturing a water-absorbing resin includes: a polymerization step in which an unsaturated monomer in an aqueous solution is polymerized; a drying step in which a water-containing cross-linked granular polymer gel, obtained in a microgranulation step during or after polymerization, is dried; a post-drying pulverization step; a post-drying sorting step; and a surface-treatment step, after the sorting step, in which a water-absorbing resin powder is subjected to a surface treatment. Said method is characterized in that the surface-treatment step is halted, with a heat-treatment machine kept hot, and then subsequently restarted.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une résine absorbant l'eau comprenant : une étape de polymérisation dans laquelle un monomère insaturé dans une solution aqueuse est polymérisé ; une étape de séchage dans laquelle est séché un gel polymère granulaire réticulé contenant de l'eau, le gel étant obtenu dans une étape de micro-granulation pendant ou après la polymérisation ; une étape de pulvérisation à la suite du séchage ; une étape de tri à la suite du séchage ; et une étape de traitement de surface, après l'étape de tri, dans laquelle une poudre de résine absorbant l'eau est soumise à un traitement de surface. Ledit procédé est caractérisé en ce que l'étape de traitement de surface est arrêtée, la machine de séchage étant maintenue chaude, et puis ensuite relancée.
(JA)  不飽和単量体水溶液の重合工程と、重合中または重合後の細粒化工程で得られた粒子状含水ゲル状架橋重合体の乾燥工程と、乾燥後の粉砕工程と、乾燥後の分級工程と、分級工程後の吸水性樹脂粉末の表面処理工程とを含む吸水性樹脂の製造方法において、熱処理機を加熱状態で保持したまま、上記表面処理工程の中断を行い、その後表面処理工程を再開することを特徴とする製造方法である。
