Abstract
(EN) Disclosed is a control device that operates when an anomaly occurs in a plant, the control device having a simple configuration as well as superior overall processing efficiency and operational stability. A plant control device (10) comprises an input means (13) for inputting a process signal that is transmitted from the plant; a numerical value computation unit (11) that outputs a Boolean value that determines, by a computation process based on a program, the normality or anomaly of the process signal; and a logical processing unit (20) that carries out a logical process on the Boolean value, based on a logic circuit, and outputs a control signal concerning protecting operational safety at the plant.
(FR) La présente invention se rapporte à un dispositif de commande qui fonctionne lorsqu'une anomalie se produit dans un équipement, le dispositif de commande ayant une configuration simple ainsi qu'une meilleure efficacité de traitement général et une meilleure stabilité fonctionnelle. Un dispositif de commande d'équipement (10) comprend un moyen de saisie (13) pour entrer un signal de traitement qui est transmis à partir de l'équipement; une unité de calcul de valeurs numériques (11) qui délivre une valeur booléenne qui détermine, par un procédé de calcul basé sur un programme, la normalité ou l'anomalie du signal de traitement; et une unité de traitement logique (20) qui effectue un traitement logique sur la valeur booléenne, sur la base d'un circuit logique, et délivre un signal de commande concernant la protection de la sécurité fonctionnelle au niveau de l'équipement.
