Abstract
(DE) Gemäß einem ersten Aspekt der Erfindung umfasst ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines bruchgetrennten Bauteils, insbesondere eines Pleuels, mit einer wenigstens teilweise beschichteten Bohrung folgende Schritte: - Bereitstellen eines Rohbauteils; - Aufbringen einer Beschichtung aus einem Lagerwerkstoff an einer Bohrungsoberfläche; und - Umformen der Beschichtung zur Kompensation von inneren Zugspannungen in der Beschichtung vor einem Bruchtrennen des Bauteils. Gemäß einem zweiten Aspekt der Erfindung umfasst ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines bruchgetrennten Bauteils, insbesondere eines Pleuels, mit einer wenigstens teilweise beschichteten Bohrung folgende Schritte: - Bereitstellen eines Rohbauteils; - Aufbringen einer Beschichtung aus einem Lagerwerkstoff an einer Bohrungsoberfläche vor einem Bruchtrennen des Bauteils; und - Bilden einer Gegen-Härtezone vor dem Aufbringen der Beschichtung zur Erzeugung von Druckspannungen, die inneren Zugspannungen der Beschichtung entgegengesetzt sind.
(EN) According to a first aspect of the invention, a method for producing a fracture-divided component, in particular a connecting rod, with an at least partially coated bore comprises the following steps: - providing an unfinished component; - applying a coating of a bearing material to a bore surface; and - working the coating, in order to compensate internal tensile stresses in the coating, before fracture division of the component. According to a second aspect of the invention, a method for producing a fracture-divided component, in particular a connecting rod, having an at least partially coated bore comprises the following steps: - providing an unfinished component; - applying a coating of a bearing material to a bore surface before fracture division of the component; and - forming a counter-hardness zone before the application of the coating in order to generate compressive stresses which oppose the internal tensile stresses of the coating.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une pièce en deux parties et l'élément fabriqué selon ledit procédé. Selon un premier aspect de l'invention, un procédé de fabrication d'une pièce en deux parties, en particulier d'une bielle, dotée d'un alésage revêtu au moins partiellement, comprend les étapes suivantes consistant à : fournir une pièce brute ; appliquer un revêtement constitué d'un matériau antifriction sur une surface de l'alésage ; et façonner le revêtement pour compenser des contraintes de traction intérieures dans le revêtement avant une séparation en deux parties de la pièce. Selon un second aspect de l'invention, un procédé de fabrication d'une pièce en deux parties, en particulier d'une bielle, dotée d'un alésage revêtu au moins partiellement, comprend les étapes suivantes consistant à : fournir une pièce brute ; appliquer un revêtement constitué d'un matériau antifriction sur une surface de l'alésage avant une séparation de la pièce en deux parties ; et former une contre-zone de dureté avant l'application du revêtement pour produire des contraintes de compression s'opposant aux contraintes de traction intérieures du revêtement.
