Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to an amino acid liquid fertilizer using various marine waste, and a preparation method thereof, and more specifically, to a preparation method of an environmentally friendly amino acid liquid fertilizer using marine waste comprising: the freezing step of putting marine waste in a container to freeze the marine waste; the crushing and pulverizing step of crushing the frozen marine waste went through the freezing step and pulverized the crushed frozen marine to obtain the paste state of the pulverized product; the liquefaction step of injecting the paste state of the pulverized product went through the crushing and pulverizing step into a fermentation tank, adding a protease and water, heating the same in a heated bath at 35-60 ℃, and first stirring the obtained solution at 100-120 rpm for 15-20 hours to obtain a liquefied pulverized solution; the fermentation step of second stirring the pulverized solution went through the liquefaction step at 40-80 rpm for 10-15 hours to mature and ferment the same; the filtration step of filtering the pulverized solution went through the fermentation step to obtain a filtrate; and the dissolving step of transferring the filtrate went through the filtration step to a tank attached with a stirrer, and adding one or more substances of nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), potassium (K), boron (B), zinc (Zn), iron (Fe), magnesia (Mg), molybdenum (Mo), manganese (Mn) to dissolve the same, and an amino acid liquid fertilizer prepared thereby. According to the present invention, it is possible to treat marine waste, which is cheap material, by a simple process within a short period of time through a biological method without generation of odor and to improve conservation stability of a prepared amino acid liquid fertilizer.
(FR) La présente invention a pour objet un engrais liquide à base d'acides aminés utilisant divers déchets marins, et son procédé de préparation, et plus spécifiquement un procédé de préparation d'un engrais liquide à base d'acides aminés respectueux de l'environnement utilisant des déchets marins, comprenant : l'étape de congélation consistant à mettre des déchets marins dans un récipient pour congeler les déchets marins ; l'étape de broyage et de pulvérisation consistant à broyer les déchets marins congelés ayant subi l'étape de congélation et à pulvériser les déchets marins congelés broyés pour obtenir l'état pâteux du produit pulvérisé ; l'étape de liquéfaction consistant à injecter l'état pâteux du produit pulvérisé ayant subi l'étape de broyage et de pulvérisation dans un réservoir de fermentation, à ajouter une protéase et de l'eau, à les chauffer dans un bain chauffé à une température de 35 à 60 °C, et à agiter tout d'abord la solution obtenue à une vitesse de 100 à 120 tpm pendant 15 à 20 heures pour obtenir une solution pulvérisée liquéfiée ; l'étape de fermentation consistant à agiter une deuxième fois la solution pulvérisée ayant subi l'étape de liquéfaction à une vitesse de 40 à 80 tpm pendant 10 à 15 heures pour la rendre mature et la faire fermenter ; l'étape de filtration consistant à filtrer la solution pulvérisée ayant subi l'étape de fermentation pour obtenir un filtrat ; et l'étape de dissolution consistant à transférer le filtrat ayant subi l'étape de filtration vers un réservoir relié à un agitateur, et à ajouter une ou plusieurs substances parmi l'azote (N), le phosphore (P), le potassium (K), le bore (B), le zinc (Zn), le fer (Fe), le magnésium (Mg), le molybdène (Mo), le manganèse (Mn) pour les dissoudre, et un engrais liquide à base d'acides aminés préparé de cette façon. Selon la présente invention, il est possible de traiter des déchets marins, qui sont une matière peu coûteuse, par un procédé simple, en une courte période de temps, par un procédé biologique sans production d'odeurs et pour améliorer la stabilité de conservation d'un engrais liquide à base d'acides aminés préparé.
(KO) 본 발명은 각종 수산 폐기물을 이용한 아미노산 액비 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 수산 폐기물을 용기에 담아 냉동시키는 냉동단계, 상기 냉동단계를 거친 냉동된 수산 폐기물을 파쇄한 후 분쇄하여 페이스트 상태의 분쇄물을 얻는 파쇄·분쇄단계, 상기 파쇄·분쇄단계를 거친 페이스트 상태의 분쇄물을 발효조에 투입하고 단백질 분해효소 및 물을 첨가한 후, 35~60℃의 온수로 중탕하고 100~120rpm으로 15~20시간 동안 1차 교반하여 액화된 분쇄액을 얻는 액화단계, 상기 액화단계를 거친 분쇄액을 40~80rpm으로 10~15시간 동안 2차 교반하여 숙성, 발효시키는 발효단계, 상기 발효단계를 거친 분쇄액을 여과하여 여액을 얻는 여과단계 및 상기 여과단계를 거친 여액을 교반기가 부착된 탱크로 이송한 후 질소(N), 인(P), 칼리(K), 붕소(B), 아연(Zn), 철(Fe), 고토(Mg), 몰리브덴(Mo), 망간(Mn) 중 어느 하나 이상을 첨가하여 용해시키는 용해단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수산 폐기물을 이용한 친환경 아미노산 액비의 제조방법 및 이에 의하여 제조되는 아미노산 액비에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 제조방법에 따라 값싼 원료인 수산 폐기물을 악취 발생 없이 생물학적 방법으로 단시간 내 간단한 공정과 저렴한 비용으로 처리할 수 있으며 제조된 아미노산 액비의 보존성을 높일 수 있다.
