Abstract:
(EN) Provided are a technique for identifying a nucleotide and a technique for determining the nucleotide sequence of a polynucleotide, both techniques comprising measuring current. In these techniques, the mode value of tunnel current, that occurs between electrodes when the nucleotide or polynucleotide to be analyzed passes therebetween, is calculated and used. Thus, the nucleotide can be directly and quickly identified and the nucleotide sequence of the polynucleotide can be directly and quickly determined, both without labeling.
(FR) L'invention porte sur une technique d'identification d'un nucléotide et sur une technique de détermination de la séquence nucléotidique d'un polynucléotide, les deux techniques comportant la mesure d'un courant. Dans ces techniques, la valeur modale du courant tunnel qui se produit entre des électrodes, lorsque le nucléotide ou le polynucléotide à analyser passe entre celles-ci, est calculée et utilisée. Ainsi, le nucléotide peut être identifié directement et rapidement, et la séquence de nucléotides du polynucléotide peut être déterminée directement et rapidement, l'identification et la détermination se faisant sans étape de marquage.
(JA)  本発明は、電流測定を利用して、ヌクレオチドを識別する技術およびポリヌクレオチドのヌクレオチド配列を決定する技術を提供する。本発明は、分析すべきヌクレオチドまたはポリヌクレオチドが通過した際に電極間に生じるトンネル電流の最頻値を算出し、算出した最頻値を利用するものである。これによって、本発明は、ヌクレオチドの識別およびポリヌクレオチドのヌクレオチド配列の決定を、標識することなく直接的に迅速に実施することができる。
