Abstract
(EN) A process for the preparation of a suspension comprising crystalline nano-particles ofa substantially water insoluble substance in an aqueous medium, involving inter alia dissolving a stabiliser in an aqueous phase and dispersing said substance therein, heating the suspension obtained to a temperature above the melting point of the substantially water insoluble substance until undissolved substance material is melted, or to a temperature where all particles are dissolved, cooling and sonicating or high pressure homogenizing to form a suspension of solid crystalline nano-particles.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'une suspension comprenant des nanoparticules cristallines d'une substance sensiblement insoluble dans l'eau dans un milieu aqueux, consistant entre autres à dissoudre un stabilisant dans une phase aqueuse et y disperser ladite substance, chauffer la suspension obtenue à une température supérieure au point de fusion de la substance sensiblement insoluble dans l'eau jusqu'à ce que la matière non dissoute soit fondue, ou à une température où toutes les particules sont dissoutes, refroidir et exposer à des ultrasons ou homogénéiser sous haute pression pour former une suspension de nanoparticules cristallines solides.
