Abstract
(EN) Disclosed is a see-through type solar cell module, whereby manufacture cost can be reduced, and a transmittance can be easily changed without changing the manufacture steps. The solar cell module is provided with a solar cell wherein a conductive substrate, a lower electrode layer, a photoelectric conversion layer, and an upper electrode layer are laminated, said lower electrode layer, photoelectric conversion layer and upper electrode layer being laminated in this order on the conductive substrate. A plurality of penetrating openings, which penetrate from the conductive substrate to the upper electrode layer in the laminating direction, are formed over the entire surface of the solar cell.
(FR) L'invention concerne un module de cellule solaire de type transparent, permettant de réduire les coûts de fabrication et pouvant être facilement produit sans qu'un changement de transmittance ne nécessite un changement de processus de fabrication. Ce module de cellule solaire comporte une cellule solaire dans laquelle sont stratifiées, dans l'ordre, une plaque électroconductrice, une couche d'électrode inférieure située sur la plaque électroconductrice, une couche de conversion photo-électrique et une couche d'électrode supérieure. Dans cette cellule solaire sont formées, sur toute sa surface, plusieurs parties d'orifices traversants, lesquels pénètrent à travers la cellule dans le sens de stratification, de la plaque électroconductrice à la couche d'électrode supérieure.
