Abstract
(DE) Bei der Herstellung von Methanol mittels eines katalytischen Verfahrens mit mehreren, hintereinandergeschalteten Synthesestufen, in denen die Schärfe der Reaktionsbedingungen, gemessen an der Reaktionstemperatur und/oder der Konzentration an Kohlenmonoxid im Synthesegas von der ersten bis zur letzten Reaktionsstufe in Strömungsrichtung abnimmt, wird in der ersten von Synthesegas durchströmten Reaktionsstufe ein erster Katalysator mit geringer Aktivität, aber hoher Langzeitstabilität und in der letzten von Synthesegas durchströmten Reaktionsstufe ein zweiter Katalysator mit hoher Aktivität, aber geringer Langzeitstabilität eingesetzt.
(EN) In the preparation of methanol by means of a catalytic process with a plurality of serial synthesis stages, in which the severity of the reaction conditions, measured on the basis of the reaction temperature and/or the concentration of carbon monoxide in the synthesis gas, decreases from the first to the last reaction stage in flow direction, the first reaction stage involving flow traversal of synthesis gas uses a first catalyst with low activity but high long-term stability, and the last reaction stage involving flow traversal by synthesis gas uses a second catalyst with high activity but low long-term stability.
(FR) L'invention porte sur un procédé de production de méthanol à l'aide d'un procédé catalytique comportant plusieurs étages de synthèse disposés les uns derrière les autres, dans lesquels la sévérité des conditions de la réaction, mesurée par la température de la réaction et/ou par la concentration de monoxyde de carbone dans le gaz de synthèse, diminue dans le sens de l'écoulement, du premier au dernier étage de réaction. Dans le premier étage de réaction traversé par le gaz de synthèse, on utilise un premier catalyseur ayant une faible activité mais une stabilité élevée à long terme et, dans le dernier étage de réaction traversé par le gaz de synthèse, on utilise un deuxième catalyseur ayant une activité élevée mais une faible stabilité à long terme.
