(FR) PROCÉDÉ POUR L'ÉLIMINATION D'ÉMISSION NUISIBLE À PARTIR DES GAZ D'ÉCHAPPEMENT
Abstract
(EN) A method for removing harmful emissions from the exhaust gas, which method comprises pulverization of a reductant in the exhaust gas flow, characterized in that the reductant represents fine-sized metal powder with particles' size of 0.1-1000 nm, which is pulverized in the exhaust gas flow, the said flow is with temperature from 300 to 700 °C, in quantities exceeding the stoichiometric amount. The fine-sized metal powder is selected from the group of metals with reduction properties: magnesium, iron, aluminum, and zinc, applied singly or in different combinations, or alloys of these metals. According to one embodiment of the invention the fine-sized metal powder is pulverized into the exhaust gas flow in the form of a suspension. In another embodiment the fine-sized metal powder is produced in the area of the exhaust gas flow by powdering of metal rods or bands by means of rotating abrasive discs.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé pour l'élimination d'émission nuisible à partir des gaz d'échappement, ledit procédé comprenant la pulvérisation d'un réducteur dans l'écoulement des gaz d'échappement, caractérisé en ce que le réducteur se présente sous la forme d'une poudre métallique fine avec une dimension des particules entre 0,1 et 1000 nm, qui est pulvérisée dans l'écoulement des gaz d'échappement, ledit écoulement présentant une température comprise entre 300 et 700°C, en des quantités supérieures à la quantité stœchiométrique. La poudre métallique fine est choisie parmi le groupe de métaux avec des propriétés de réduction: magnésium, fer, aluminium, et zinc, appliquée seule ou dans diverses combinaisons, ou des alliages de ces métaux. Selon un mode de réalisation de l'invention, la poudre métallique fine est pulvérisée dans l'écoulement des gaz d'échappement sous la forme d'une suspension. Selon un autre mode de réalisation, la poudre métallique fine est produite dans la zone de l'écoulement des gaz d'échappement par pulvérisation de tiges ou bandes métalliques au moyen de disques abrasifs rotatifs.
