Abstract
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Photovoltaikmodul auf Metallbandsubstratbasis, welches über den Schichtaufbau eine monolithische Verschaltung ermöglicht, wobei die Substratoberfläche so strukturiert ist, dass durch eine Oberflächenvergrößerung und eine Verminderung der Reflexion bzw. eine gezielte Reflexion eine Wirkungsgradsteigerung von bis zu 20% erreicht wird. Die Erfindung betrifft ebenfalls ein Solarabsorbermodul auf Metallbandsubstratbasis, wo der lichtoptische Effekt in gleicher Weise genutzt und damit der Wirkungsgrad in gleicher Weise gesteigert wird.
(EN) The invention relates to a photovoltaic module on the basis of a metal strip substrate, which allows a monolithic interconnection via the layer structure, wherein the substrate surface is structured in such a manner that an increase in efficiency of up to 20 percent is achieved by increasing the surface and reducing the reflection or a targeted reflection. The invention further relates to a solar absorber module on the basis of a metal strip substrate, where the light-optical effect is utilized in the same manner and the efficiency is increased accordingly.
(FR) L'invention concerne un module photovoltaïque à base d'un substrat en bande de métal rendant possible une interconnexion monolithique par l'intermédiaire de la structure stratifiée, la surface du substrat étant texturée de sorte qu'une augmentation de surface et une réduction de la réflexion ou une réflexion ciblée permettent d'obtenir une augmentation de rendement pouvant atteindre 20%. L'invention concerne en outre un module à absorbeur solaire à base d'un substrat en bande de métal, dans lequel l'effet optique est également utilisé et le rendement peut être accru de la même manière.
