(FR) UTILISATION DE GALECTINES ET PROCÉDÉ DE PRÉPARATION DE MYOFIBROBLASTES ET/OU DE NANOFIBRES DE MATRICE EXTRACELLULAIRE
Abstract
(EN) The invention relates to the use of at least one recombinant mammalian galectin selected from the group comprising galectin-1, galectin-4 and galectin-7 as inductors of fibroblast-to-myofibroblast transition and/or production of extracellular matrix nanofibers. The invention further relates to a method of preparation of myofibroblasts and/or extracellular matrix nanofibers wherein the fibroblasts are in vitro cultivated in the presence of at least one recombinant mammalian galectin selected from the group comprising galectin-1, galectin-4 and galectin-7. Combination of a galectin and TGF-ß1 exerts a synergic effect. Further, the invention relates to extracellular matrix nanofibers in the form of three-dimensional scaffolds obtainable by the method of this invention. ˙
(FR) La présente invention concerne l'utilisation d'au moins une galectine recombinante de mammifère choisie dans le groupe comprenant la galectine-1, la galectine-4 et la galectine-7 comme agents d'induction de la transition de fibroblastes en myofibroblastes et/ou de la production de nanofibres de matrice extracellulaire. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé de préparation de myofibroblastes et/ou de nanofibres de matrice extracellulaire, les fibroblastes étant cultivés in vitro en présence d'au moins une galectine recombinante de mammifère choisie dans le groupe comprenant la galectine-1, la galectine-4 et la galectine-7. La combinaison d'une galectine et du TGF-ß1 exerce un effet synergique. De plus, l'invention concerne des nanofibres de matrice extracellulaire se présentant sous forme de réseaux tri-dimensionnels pouvant être obtenus par le procédé de la présente invention.
