Abstract
(EN) A system and method of quantitating the concentration of a molecule of interest in one embodiment includes establishing a plurality of test environments at a plurality of test sites, each of the plurality of test environments associated with one of a plurality of response curves, each of the plurality of response curves different from the other of the plurality of response curves, storing a combined response curve resulting from a summation of the plurality of response curves, exposing the plurality of test sites to a sample having a concentration of a molecule of interest, obtaining a plurality of quantitation signals, each of the plurality of quantitation signals associated with one of the plurality of test sites, associating a summation of the plurality of quantitation signals with the stored combined response curve, and generating a signal related to the concentration of the molecule of interest based upon the association.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un système et un procédé de quantification de la concentration d'une molécule d'intérêt. Dans un mode de réalisation, ledit procédé comprend les étapes consistant à mettre en place une pluralité d'environnements de test au niveau d'une pluralité de sites de test, chaque environnement de la pluralité d'environnements de test étant associé à une courbe de réponse d'une pluralité de courbes de réponse et chaque courbe de la pluralité de courbes de réponse étant différente des autres ; à stocker une courbe de réponse combinée résultant du cumul de la pluralité des courbes de réponse ; à exposer la pluralité des sites de test à un échantillon présentant une certaine concentration d'une molécule d'intérêt ; à obtenir une pluralité de signaux de quantification, chaque signal de la pluralité de signaux de quantification étant associé à un site de la pluralité des sites de test ; à associer le cumul de la pluralité des signaux de quantification à la courbe de réponse combinée stockée ; et à générer un signal associé à la concentration de molécule d'intérêt sur la base de ladite association.
