Abstract
(EN) The invention relates to a method for stimulating the growth of the plants and/or improving the biomass production and/or increasing the carbon fixation by the plant comprising introducing into a plant cell, plant tissue or plant one or more nucleic acids, wherein the introduction of the nucleic acid(s) results inside the chloroplast of a de novo expression of one or more polypeptides having the enzymatic activity of a glycolate dehydrogenase made up from translationally fused subunits of bacterial multi-subunit glycolate dehydrogenase enzymes.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de stimulation de la croissance des plantes et/ou d'amélioration de la production de biomasse et/ou d'accroissement de la fixation du carbone par la plante. Ledit procédé comprend une étape consistant à introduire, dans une cellule végétale, dans un tissu végétal ou dans une plante, un ou plusieurs acides nucléiques, l'introduction dudit ou desdits acides nucléiques entraînant, à l'intérieur des chloroplastes, une expression de novo d'un ou plusieurs polypeptides ayant l'activité enzymatique d'une glycolate déshydrogénase et constitués de sous-unités fusionnées par translation d'enzymes glycolate déshydrogénases bactériennes multi sous-unitaires.
