Abstract
(EN) The invention relates to a solar heat collecting device of the flat panel type made of extruded profiles (1) in particular of aluminium or aluminium alloys and a process for its manufacture. The device comprises a casing (14) accommodating a heat collector assembly comprising a plurality of elongate extruded heat collector bodies (1), side by side, each having a tube (3) co-axial with its axis of extrusion, flanked on each of its opposite sides integrally by an extruded web (5) and further comprising a manifold (20) at each end to which the respective tube ends are brazed. The edges of the adjoining webs (5) of adjoining elongate bodies (1) overlap slightly but are movable free of mechanical constraint or mutual attachment in relation to one another. Together the elongate bodies (1) present the incoming solar radiation with a substantially plane uninterrupted area for absorption.
(FR) La présente invention a trait à un dispositif de collecte de chaleur solaire de type à panneau plat, à un processus pour sa fabrication et celle des parties le constituant, lesquelles parties sont constituées de profils extrudés en particulier d'aluminium ou d'alliages d'aluminium. Le dispositif comprend un boîtier logeant un ensemble capteur de chaleur comprenant une pluralité de corps de capteur de chaleur extrudés allongés, côte à côte, chacun d'entre eux étant pourvu d'un tube disposé de façon coaxiale à son axe d'extrusion, flanqué sur chacun de ses côtés opposés d'un seul tenant par un réseau extrudé et comprenant en outre une tubulure à chaque extrémité à laquelle les extrémités du tube respectives sont brasées de façon étanche et en communication. Les bords des réseaux attenants des corps allongés attenants se chevauchent légèrement mais sont mobiles et sans contrainte mécanique ou fixation mutuelle les uns par rapport aux autres. Ensembles les corps allongés présentent l'insolation avec une zone ininterrompue sensiblement plane pour l'absorption.
