Abstract
(EN) A preheating and conveying equipment for steel scrap comprises a steel scrap conveying chute (1) inclined to the horizontal plane. The upper end of the conveying chute (1) is provided with a charging device, and the lower end extends into an electric furnace (A) via an open at the side wall of the electric furnace (A). The upper part of the conveying chute (1) is provided with a seal hood (2) which together with the conveying chute (1) constitutes a channel for the steel scrap and flue gas. The bottom of the conveying chute (1) is an overlapping construction of stairs, and the joining gap between two adjacent stairs is a bottom gas-suction vent (3) inclined downward. By conveying steel scrap through the chute (1), the conveying equipment obtains conveying power from the self- weight of the steel scrap, thereby lower energy consumption and less abrasion are achieved. By sucking and discharging the high temperature flue gas from the bottom, the flue gas is made to pass through the layer of the steel scrap, thereby heat exchange efficiency is improved. In addition, by charging continuously, the volume of the equipment is effectively reduced.
(FR) La présente invention se rapporte à un équipement de préchauffage et de transport de déchets d'acier. L'équipement selon l'invention comprend un couloir de transport de déchets d'acier (1) incliné par rapport au plan horizontal. L'extrémité supérieure du couloir de transport (1) comprend un dispositif de chargement, et l'extrémité inférieure s'étend à l'intérieur d'un four électrique (A) via une ouverture dans la paroi latérale du four électrique (A). La partie supérieure du couloir de transport (1) comprend un capot hermétique (2) qui, conjointement avec le couloir de transport (1) constitue un canal pour les déchets d'acier et les gaz de combustion. Le fond du couloir de transport (1) comprend une construction de marches superposées, et l'espace de séparation entre deux marches adjacentes correspond à un évent d'aspiration de gaz inférieur (3) incliné vers le bas. En transportant les déchets d'acier à travers le couloir (1), l'équipement de transport obtient une puissance de transport du fait même du poids des déchets d'acier, ce qui permet de diminuer la consommation d'énergie et de réduire l'abrasion. L'aspiration et l'évacuation des gaz de combustion haute température se faisant par le bas, les gaz de combustion sont ainsi amenés à passer au travers de la couche des déchets d'acier, améliorant par là même l'efficacité de l'échange de chaleur. En outre, le chargement se faisant en continu, le volume de l'équipement peut être efficacement réduit.
