Abstract

A waste treatment method for waste materials containing heavy metals, comprises mixing the fly ash, the fragmented waste material and an aqueous solution to obtain a homogenous colloidal mixture, and solidifying the colloidal mixture in an inert semi-finished product, wherein the heavy metal is entangled in an insoluble metal-silica compound. The solidifying step comprises a step of resting the colloidal mixture at a temperature below 40°C.

L'invention porte sur un procédé de traitement de déchets pour des déchets contenant des métaux lourds, ledit procédé consistant à mélanger les cendres volantes, le déchet fragmenté et une solution aqueuse pour obtenir un mélange colloïdal homogène, et à solidifier le mélange colloïdal en un produit semi-fini inerte, ledit métal lourd étant emprisonné dans un composé de silice-métal insoluble. L'étape de solidification comporte une étape consistant à laisser reposer le mélange colloïdal à une température au-dessous de 40°C.
