The present invention relates to a surgical instrument for avasclar necrosis of femoral head capable of improving the adaptability of a patient after surgical operation by carrying out the implant without exhausting a hip joint bone of a patient. The surgical instrument according to the present invention comprises a center pin comprising a needle structure having a predetermined diameter and length, pressurized and provided at necrotic lesions of the femoral head; a core decompressor wherein a center portion is guided by the center pin, one end is mounted on a drill handpiece and the other end has a cylindrical saw shape, for sawing from the surface of femur to the necrotic lesions of the femoral head at a predetermined distance; a harvester which is put into the femur along the perforation formed by the saw and winds the sawn end of the femur to extract the same; and a compression tool for pressurizing the femur cell extracted from the harvester so as to expand a diameter, thereby re-putting the femur cell into the perforated position to induce self-bonding. Therefore, the present invention improves the adaptability of a patient during implant by using a hip joint bone of a patient and reduces surgical operation time by not implanting a hip joint bone of other people.

La présente invention concerne un instrument chirurgical utilisé en cas de nécrose avasculaire de la tête fémorale et se révélant capable d'améliorer l'adaptabilité d'un patient après une intervention chirurgicale en réalisant la greffe sans épuiser l'os de l'articulation de la hanche d'un patient. L'instrument chirurgical selon la présente invention comprend une broche centrale comprenant une structure en forme d'aiguille d'un diamètre et d'une longueur prédéterminées, qui est sous pression et disposée au niveau des lésions nécrotiques de la tête fémorale ; un décompresseur central dans lequel une partie centrale est guidée par la broche centrale, une extrémité est montée sur une pièce à main utilisée pour le forage, tandis que l'autre extrémité présente la forme d'une scie cylindrique, permettant de scier depuis la surface du fémur et jusqu'aux lésions nécrotiques de la tête fémorale sur une distance prédéterminée ; un dispositif de collecte qui est disposé dans le fémur le long de la perforation pratiquée par la scie et qui s'enroule autour de l'extrémité sciée du fémur pour l'extraire ; et un outil servant à la compression qui va exercer une pression sur la partie du fémur extraite du dispositif de collecte de façon à augmenter son diamètre et à pouvoir replacer la partie du fémur extraite dans la perforation pour induire son auto-fixation. En conséquence, la présente invention améliore l'adaptabilité d'un patient durant la greffe en utilisant de l'os de l'articulation de la hanche du patient et réduit la durée de l'intervention chirurgicale en n'implantant pas d'os de l'articulation de la hanche d'une autre personne.

본 발명에서 환자의 고관절 뼈를 소진시키지 않고 이식하여 수술 후 환자의 신체적응력을 높일 수 있는 대퇴골두무혈성괴사용 시술기구를 개시한다. 본 발명에 따른 시술 기구는, 대퇴골두의 괴사 부위로 가압 설치되며, 소정의 직경과 길이를 갖는 침봉 구조로 이루어진 센터핀; 상기 센터핀에 의해 중앙이 안내되며, 일단이 드릴 핸드피스에 장착되고 타단이 원통형 쏘우 형태로 이루어져, 대퇴골의 표면으로부터 상기 대퇴골두의 괴사 부위까지 소정 거리 단위로 쏘윙(sawing)하기 위한 중심부 감압기(Core Deccompressor); 상기 쏘우에 의해 형성된 천공을 따라 대퇴골로 인입된 후, 쏘윙된 대퇴골의 종단부를 권취하여 이를 추출하는 하비스터; 및 상기 하비스터로부터 추출된 대퇴골 셀을 상기 천공된 위치로 재 인입시켜 자가결합을 유도할 수 있도록, 상기 대퇴골 셀을 가압하여 직경을 확장시키는 압축기구로 이루어진다. 따라서, 본 발명은 환자의 고관절 뼈를 이용함에 따라 이식과정에서 환자의 신체적응력을 높이고, 타인의 고관절 뼈를 이식하지 않아 수술 시간을 단축시키는 효과가 있다.
