Abstract

Provided are silica nanoparticles each having a fluorescent substance confined therein. The silica nanoparticles are characterized in that the surfaces of the silica nanoparticles have been coated with a substance having a bulk refractive index of 1.60-4.00. The silica nanoparticles having a fluorescent substance confined therein have excellent long-term storability. A biosubstance-labeling agent obtained using the silica nanoparticles can be provided.

Les nanoparticules de silice ci-décrites renferment chacune une substance fluorescente confinée. Ces particules de silice sont caractérisées en ce que leurs surfaces ont été revêtues avec une substance ayant un indice de réfraction apparent de 1,60 à 4,00. Les nanoparticules de silice renfermant une substance fluorescente confinée selon l'invention ont une excellente aptitude au stockage à long terme. Un agent de marquage pour substance biologique utilisant lesdites nanoparticules de silice est décrit.

 本発明は、シリカ粒子中に蛍光物質を内包した蛍光物質内包シリカナノ粒子において、該シリカナノ粒子の表面が、バルクの屈折率が1.60以上4.00以下の物質で被覆されていることを特徴とし、長期保存性に優れた蛍光物質内包シリカナノ粒子、それを用いた生体物質標識剤が提供できる。
