Disclosed is a technique that can easily assemble, with high positional accuracy, a mandrel that is used, for example, in the production of an aircraft body, or the like, and has a roughly cylindrical structure that is dividable into a plurality of segments. In a segment fixing process, one of the aforementioned segments, which is the target of fixing, is fixed in one specified fixing point from among fixing points that are configured in plurality along a pair of facing support rings. In a rotating process, the aforementioned support rings are rotated before the segment fixing process in a manner such that the aforementioned specified fixing point is positioned on the top part of the support rings. Here, in the aforementioned segment fixing process, the segment to be fixed is disposed between each of the aforementioned support rings, and after being raised vertically to a height corresponding to the specified fixing point, is fixed to said support rings.

Cette invention concerne une technique permettant d'assembler facilement, avec un degré de précision élevé, un mandrin utilisé notamment pour la réalisation d'un fuselage d'avion ou analogue, dont la structure grosso modo cylindrique peut être divisée en une pluralité de segments. Lors du processus de fixation de l'un des segments susmentionnés, ledit segment est fixé en un point spécifié parmi d'autres points de fixation agencés le long d'une paire d'anneaux-supports de faisant face. Par un processus de rotation, les anneaux-supports sont tournés préalablement à l'opération de fixation de telle sorte que le point de fixation susmentionné est positionné sur la partie haute des anneaux-supports. A ce stade, au cours du processus de fixation, le segment à fixer est disposé entre chacun des anneaux-supports et après avoir été hissé dans le plan vertical à une hauteur correspondant au point de fixation spécifié, est fixé auxdits anneaux-supports.

 本発明は、例えば航空機の胴体部等の製造に用いられる、略円筒形で、複数のセグメントに分割可能な構成を有するマンドレルを、高い位置精度で容易に組み立てることができる技術である。セグメント固定工程では、対向配置した一対のサポートリングに沿って複数設定されている固定箇所のうち、1つの特定固定箇所に、固定対象である1個の前記セグメントを固定する。回転工程では、セグメント固定工程の前に、前記特定固定箇所を、サポートリングの最上部に位置させるように、前記サポートリングを回転させる。ここで、前記セグメント固定工程では、固定対象のセグメントを、前記サポートリングそれぞれの間に配置し、鉛直方向に沿って特定固定箇所に対応する高さまで上昇させてから、当該サポートリングに固定する。
