Provided is a blood purification device whereby an error in detecting concentration caused by a temperature change can be prevented and thus the accuracy in detecting the concentration of a liquid using a concentration-detecting means can be increased. The blood purification device is provided with a dialyzer (2) for purifying the blood of a patient through extracorporeal circulation and a drainage concentration sensor (5) for detecting the concentration of a liquid flowing in association with the blood purification, wherein said drainage concentration sensor (5) is provided with a light emitting means (11) which can irradiate the drainage with light, a light receiving means (12) which can receive transmitted light from the light emitting means (11), said transmitted light having passed the drainage, a referential light-receiving means (15) which can receive referential light from the light emitting means (11), said referential light having diverged without passing through the drainage, a detecting means (13) which can detect the received light intensities of the transmitted light and referential light respectively, and a correcting means (16) which can absorb a detection error made by the aforesaid drainage concentration sensor (5) based on the light intensity of the referential light received by the referential light-receiving means (15).

L'invention concerne un dispositif de purification du sang dans lequel il est possible d'empêcher une erreur de détection de concentration provoquée par un changement de température, et d'augmenter la précision de détection de la concentration d'un liquide à l'aide de moyens de détection de concentration. Le dispositif de purification du sang comprend un dialyseur (2) destiné à purifier le sang d'un patient par circulation extracorporelle et un capteur de concentration de drainage (5) destiné à détecter la concentration d'un écoulement de liquide associé à la purification du sang. Le capteur de concentration de drainage (5) comprend un moyen d'émission de lumière (11) qui peut irradier le drainage au moyen de la lumière, un moyen de réception de lumière (12) qui peut recevoir la lumière provenant du moyen d'émission de lumière (11), la lumière émise ayant traversé le drainage, un moyen de réception de lumière de référence (15) qui peut recevoir une lumière de référence provenant du moyen d'émission de lumière (11), la lumière de référence ayant divergé sans traverser le drainage, un moyen de détection (13) qui peut détecter respectivement les intensités de lumière provenant de la lumière émise et de la lumière de référence, un moyen de correction (16) qui peut absorber une erreur de détection effectuée par le capteur de concentration de drainage précité (5) en fonction de l'intensité de la lumière de référence reçue par les moyens de réception de lumière de référence (15).

【課題】温度変化による濃度の検出誤差を抑制し、濃度検出手段による液体の濃度検出の精度向上を図ることができる血液浄化装置を提供する。 【解決手段】患者の血液を体外循環させつつ浄化するダイアライザ2と、血液浄化に伴って流れる液体の濃度を検出する排液濃度センサ5とを具備した血液浄化装置において、排液濃度センサ5は、排液に対して光を照射し得る発光手段11と、排液を透過した発光手段11からの透過光を受け得る受光手段12と、排液を透過させないで分岐させた発光手段11からの参照光を受け得る参照光受光手段15と、透過光及び参照光の受光強度をそれぞれ検出し得る検出手段13とを具備し、参照光受光手段15による参照光の受光強度に基づいて当該排液濃度センサ5の検出誤差を吸収し得る補正手段16を具備したものである。
