Disclosed is a punch press which is equipped with a plurality of dies and a plurality of punches, and which punches a workpiece using punches and dies that are set in a punching position. The punch press is provided with: a lifter which raises the dies to be set in the punching position to the pass line of the workpiece; a die-support member which is movably provided on the die side of the lifter; and a die supporter which is provided on the die-support member and which selectively supports the dies to be set in the punching position in such a way that the dies are raised to the pass line by the lifter. The punch press can suppress interference between the workpiece and the die during conveyance.

L'invention concerne une presse à poinçonner équipée d'une pluralité de matrices et d'une pluralité de poinçons et qui permet de poinçonner une pièce à usiner à l'aide de poinçons et de matrices mis dans une position de poinçonnage. La presse à poinçonner comporte: un dispositif de levage qui lève les matrices devant être mises en position de poinçonnage à la hauteur d'une ligne de passe de la pièce à usiner; un élément de support de matrice qui est prévu mobile du côté matrice du dispositif de levage; et un élément de support de matrice qui est prévu sur l'élément support de matrice et maintient sélectivement les matrices à mettre en position de poinçonnage, de sorte que les matrices sont levées par le dispositif de levage à la hauteur de la ligne de passe. Cette presse à poinçonner permet de supprimer les interférences entre la pièce à usiner et la matrice pendant les déplacements.

 パンチプレス機は、複数のダイ及び複数のパンチを備え、加工位置にセットされたパンチとダイとでワークに打ち抜き加工を行う。前記パンチプレス機は、前記加工位置にセットされる前記ダイを、前記ワークのパスラインまで上昇させるリフタと、前記リフタ上の前記ダイ側に移動可能に設けられたダイ保持ユニットと、前記加工位置にセットされる前記ダイを、選択的に前記リフタによって前記パスラインまで上昇された状態で保持する、前記ダイ保持ユニット上に設けられたダイ保持部と、を備えている。前記パンチプレス機によれば、搬送時におけるワークとダイとの干渉を抑制できる。
