Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method for manufacturing liquid- guiding structural layers by flexo or gravure printing on a substrate sheet, using a printing solution, which alters the properties of the substrate sheet in such a way that liquid flow is prevented in the area of the structural layers. The penetrability of the printing layer into the substrate sheet can be regulated by the printing-cylinder pressure and the composition of the printing solution. In the method it is possible to use printing solutions consisting of economical polymers and a solvent. In terms of printing technology, the invention is compatible with existing printing machines and is thus highly suitable for mass production.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de couches structurelles de guidage de liquide par impression flexographique ou par héliogravure sur une feuille substrat, à l'aide d'une solution d'impression qui altère les propriétés de la feuille substrat de telle sorte que le flux de liquide soit bloqué dans la zone où se trouvent les couches structurelles. Il est possible de régler la pénétrabilité de la couche d'impression dans la feuille substrat par le biais de la pression exercée par le cylindre d'impression et de la composition de la solution d'impression. Selon le procédé, il est possible d'utiliser des solutions d'impression contenant des polymères bon marché et un solvant. En termes de technologie d'impression, l'invention est compatible avec les machines à imprimer existantes et est donc tout à fait adaptée à la production en série.
