Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von amphiphilen funktionalisierten hochverzweigten Melamin-Polyamin-Polymeren durch Kondensation von Melamin und gegebenenfalls eines Melaminderivats mit wenigstens einem davon verschiedenen Amin mit wenigstens zwei primären Aminogruppen und gegebenenfalls außerdem noch mit Harnstoff und/oder wenigstens einem Harnstoffderivat und/oder mit wenigstens einem wenigstens difunktionellen Di- oder Polyisocyanat und/oder wenigstens einer Carbonsäure mit wenigstens zwei Carboxylgruppen oder wenigstens einem Derivat davon, optional Quaternisierung eines Teils der Aminogruppen des dabei erhaltenen Polymers, Umsetzung des erhaltenen Polymers mit wenigstens einer Verbindung, die mit Aminogruppen eine Kondensations- oder Additionsreaktion eingehen kann, und optional Quaternisierung wenigstens eines Teils der Aminogruppen des im ersten Schritt erhaltenen Polymers. Außerdem betrifft die Erfindung die durch das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren erhältlichen amphiphilen funktionalisierten hochverzweigten Melamin-Polyamin-Polymere, und deren Verwendung als oberflächenaktives Mittel.

The present invention relates to a method for producing amphiphilic functionalized highly branched melamine-polyamine polymers by condensing melamine and optionally a melamine derivate having at least one different amine having at least two primary amino groups and optionally also with urea and/or at least one urea derivative and/or with at least one at least difunctional diisocyanate or polyisocyanate and/or at least one carbolic acid having at least two carboxyl groups or at least one derivative thereof, optionally quaternizing a portion of the amino groups of the polymer thereby obtained, reacting the polymer thus obtained with at least one compound capable of undergoing a condensation or addition reaction with amino groups, and optionally quaternizing at least part of the amino groups of the polymer obtained in the first step. The invention further relates to the amphiphilic functionalized highly branched melamine-polyamine polymers that can be obtained by the method according to the invention, and to the use thereof as surface active agents.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de polymères mélamine-polyamine hautement ramifiés, fonctionnalisés, amphiphiles, par condensation de mélamine et le cas échéant d'un dérivé de mélamine avec au moins une amine différente de celle-ci ayant au moins deux groupes amino primaires et le cas échéant en outre encore avec de l'urée et/ou au moins un dérivé d'urée et/ou avec au moins un di- ou polyisocyanate au moins difonctionnel et/ou au moins un acide carboxylique ayant au moins deux groupes carboxyle ou au moins un dérivé de celui-ci, quaternisation facultative d'une fraction des groupes amino du polymère obtenu de cette façon, réaction du polymère obtenu avec au moins un composé qui peut générer une réaction de condensation ou d'addition avec des groupes amino, et quaternisation facultative d'au moins une partie des groupes amino du polymère obtenu à la première étape. L'invention concerne en outre les polymères mélamine-polyamine hautement ramifiés, fonctionnalisés, amphiphiles, pouvant être obtenus par le procédé selon l'invention, et leur utilisation comme agents tensio-actifs.
