The process for sintering powders assisted by pressure and electric current comprises the phases of: arranging a sinterable material in powder form and at least in part electrically conductive inside a mould (1) having a preset conformation. Such phase in turn comprises the phases of: compacting the sinterable material in powder form outside the mould (1) to form at least a green body (5, 5a, 5b) having an initial conformation different to the preset conformation of the mould (1); and introducing the green body (5, 5a, 5b) into the mould (1); sintering the sinterable material in the mould (1) by making electric current to pass through the sinterable material and applying a pressure on the sinterable material; the application of pressure during the sintering phase causing the deformation of the green body (5, 5a, 5b) from the initial conformation to the preset conformation of the mould (1).

L'invention porte sur un procédé pour fritter des poudres assisté par une pression et par un courant électrique, lequel procédé comprend les phases suivantes : disposition d'une matière frittable, sous forme de poudre, et au moins en partie conductrice de l'électricité, dans un moule (1) ayant une conformation prédéterminée. Cette phase comprend à son tour les phases de : compactage de la matière frittable sous forme de poudre en dehors du moule (11) pour former au moins une ébauche crue (5, 5a, 5b) ayant une conformation initiale différente de la conformation prédéterminée du moule (1); introduction de l'ébauche crue (5, 5a, 5b) dans le moule (1); frittage de la matière frittable dans le moule (1) par passage d'un courant électrique à travers la matière frittable et application d'une pression sur la matière frittable; l'application de la pression pendant la phase de frittage provoquant la déformation de l'ébauche crue (5, 5a, 5b) de la conformation initiale à la conformation prédéterminée du moule (1).
