Abstract

A thyristor converter valve module is provided. An integral valve module is divided into two identical valve segments, and each valve segment includes a saturation reactor, a thyristor unit, a DC voltage-sharing resistor unit, an energy extraction resistor unit, a damping resistor unit, a damping capacitor unit, a gate electrode unit and a water cooling system. Multiple thyristors are serially connected to constitute a high-voltage, large-power power electronic device, which can convert AC voltage to DC voltage, or convert DC voltage to AC voltage, for satisfying demands of different transmission power and voltage levels. The device is a core device for high-voltage DC transmission, and it can be applied to AC-DC conversion systems of different voltage levels and satisfy demand of different voltage levels at the DC side.

La présente invention concerne un module de soupape à convertisseur à thyristor. Un module de soupape solidaire est divisé en deux segments de soupape identiques, et chaque segment de soupape comprend un réacteur à saturation, une unité thyristor, une unité résistance à partage de tension continue, une unité résistance à extraction d'énergie, une unité résistance d'amortissement, une unité condensateur d'amortissement, une unité électrode grille et un système de refroidissement à eau. De multiples thyristors sont connectés en série pour constituer un dispositif électronique à haute puissance et haute tension qui peut convertir une tension alternative en tension continue ou convertir une tension continue en tension alternative, pour satisfaire des demandes de niveaux différents de puissance et de tension de transmission. Le dispositif est un dispositif central pour la transmission de courant continu à haute tension, et il peut être appliqué sur des systèmes de conversion CA-CC de différents niveaux de tension et satisfaire la demande de différents niveaux de tension sur le côté CC.
