Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method for controlling a cooking process for an item to be cooked contained in a cooking vessel, wherein the sound of the cooking process is detected by means of at least one acoustic sensor and the progression of the sound is evaluated directly to determine a temperature and in particular the boiling point of the item to be cooked.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de commande d'un processus de cuisson d'un aliment à cuire contenu dans un récipient de cuisson, le bruit du processus de cuisson étant détecté au moyen d'au moins un capteur acoustique et la variation du bruit étant évaluée directement pour déterminer une température et en particulier le point d'ébullition de l'aliment à cuire.
(DE) Verfahren zur Steuerung eines Kochprozesses eines in einem Kochgefäß enthaltenen Kochguts, wobei das Geräusch des Kochprozesses mittels mindestens eines akustischen Sensors erfasst und der Verlauf des Geräuschs direkt zur Bestimmung einer Temperatur und insbesondere des Siedepunkts des Kochguts ausgewertet wird.
