Abstract
(EN) The invention discloses a photobioreactor system for high-density culture of microalgae which includes photobioreactor, and also includes solar collector, optical fiber, and illuminant device within the photobioreactor, residue gas absorption device, and medium separating recovery respectively connected with the photobioreactor. One end of the illuminant device is connected with spectrophotometric adjustment device, which is on the photobioreactor and connected with solar collector through optical fibers. Between the lower of the illuminant device and the bottom of the photobioreactor, there has a gas distributor, which is connected with the output of the gas mixing device. The system can increase the utilization efficiency of solar; reduce the consuming of external electrical energy. The system resolves the problem of sunlight using, such as intermittence, instability, and hard collection, so insures continually and stably culturing microalgae.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système de réacteur photobiologique pour la culture à haute densité de micro-algues qui comprend un réacteur photobiologique et qui comprend également un capteur solaire, une fibre optique et un dispositif d'éclairage au sein du réacteur photobiologique, un dispositif d'absorption des gaz résiduels et un système de récupération et de séparation de milieu, respectivement connectés au réacteur photobiologique. Une extrémité du dispositif d'éclairage est reliée au dispositif d'ajustement spectrophotométrique, qui se trouve sur le réacteur photobiologique et qui est relié au capteur solaire par l'intermédiaire de fibres optiques. Entre la partie inférieure du dispositif d'éclairage et le fond du réacteur photobiologique, se trouve un distributeur de gaz, qui est relié à la sortie du dispositif de mélange des gaz. Le système peut accroître l'efficacité d'utilisation de l'énergie solaire; réduire la consommation d'énergie électrique externe. Le système résout le problème d'utilisation de l'énergie solaire, par exemple l'intermittence, l'instabilité et le captage difficile, et garantit ainsi la culture continuelle et stable des micro-algues.
