A manufacturing method for bottom cover heat exchanging assembly of water heater is disclosed. The method comprises the following steps: respectively stretching out a bottom cover (1) and a masking cover (2) both of which are composed of a spherical crown surface and a cylindrical section after blanking; coating enamel on other surfaces except the inner surface of the cylindrical section of the bottom cover and other convex surfaces except the outer surface of the cylindrical section of the masking cover, then sintering and solidifying them; pressing the bottom cover outside the masking cover until the inner surface of the cylindrical section of the bottom cover is fully and tightly contacted with the outer surface of the cylindrical section of the masking cover; and angle welding along the edge corner where the cylindrical section of the bottom cover is attached to the cylindrical section of the masking cover so that the bottom cover and the masking cover form a bottom cover heat exchanging assembly with an inner heat exchange cavity. A special tool used for the method is also disclosed. The method enables the bottom cover heat exchanging assembly with high strength and rigidity, better sealing performance and antiseptic property.

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'ensemble échangeur de chaleur à couvercle inférieur de chauffe-eau. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : l'extension respective d'un couvercle inférieur (1) et d'un couvercle de masquage (2), les deux étant composés d'une surface de sommet sphérique et d'une section cylindrique après le découpage; le dépôt d'email sur les autres surfaces à l'exception de la surface interne de la section cylindrique du couvercle inférieur et les autres surfaces convexes à l'exception de la surface extérieure de la section cylindrique du couvercle de masquage, puis leur frittage et leur solidification; la pression du couvercle inférieur en dehors du couvercle de masquage jusqu'à ce que la surface interne de la section cylindrique du couvercle inférieur entre totalement et étroitement en contact avec la surface externe de la section cylindrique du couvercle de masquage; et la soudure d'angle le long du coin de bord où la section cylindrique du couvercle inférieur est fixée sur la section cylindrique du couvercle de masquage, de sorte que le couvercle inférieur et le couvercle de masquage forment un ensemble échangeur de chaleur à couvercle inférieur comportant une cavité d'échange de chaleur interne. L'invention concerne également un outil particulier utilisé dans le procédé. Le procédé permet d'obtenir un ensemble échangeur de chaleur à couvercle inférieur présentant une résistance et une rigidité élevées, une meilleure performance d'étanchéité et une propriété antiseptique.
